Regardless of time of day every single MP1 or MP2 race has bad connection warning. Either the server nodes I'm assigned to is congested, there is an issue with the connections on that server or any one of the internet data streams from my ISP to the game servers is corrupted or congested.

Usually there are at least >3 racers with bad connections out of the entire field.

That's an issue with the Xbox link between it & the game. Make sure you are logged into Xbox on your PC. Pinned posts in this channels has steps to diagnose & repair Xbox & Teredo via the Xbox Console Companion app on Win 10.

At almost every launch game takes 7-10 minutes to load, stucking on "Gameloft 20 years" screen. But during this period game does nothing, cpu usage is 1-2%, I don't know for what "miracle" it is waiting.
Sometimes game loading quickly, but most of the time it behaves like I said above. Please, provide this issue to the dev team.

It happened to me quite often - few, several times a day

I can provide all necessary information if required in order to troubleshoot this

Most often it happen when switching between menus i.e. when clicking special event and asphalt is trying to load grand prix screen - I can see yellow lines on screen then screen freeze and after 2-3 second games is terminated

But this is not the only situation. Sometimes when race is starting, cars are starting, I can hear engine sound for less than second, screen freeze and then after 2-3 seconds games is terminated

This is especially annoying when playing a Events or MP, because I am loosing tickets/fuel/rank

right click on GameOptions_tweaked and mark it as read-only
after that game should stop deleting the settings. However you won't be able to modify them either unless you clear the read-only flag

but it might still fail if it doesn't restore it after game deletes it but before it checks if it exists

I play in windowed mode because I have an ultrawide and have discord and other things going on. The mouse pointer will disappear and move to the center of the A9 window when the window is activated. Usually when an ad is playing or is over but not ended. This means if I click the title bar, it will shift the window down half the screen and you can't see the pointer to know where it is, which is at the bottom of the screen I think.

Why do people keep accessing my account? I have never given anyone else my microsoft/xbox credentials but somehow people keep accessing my account. This has been going on for too long. My club mates and me have been getting this error after watching ads to refuel too many times already, and just now it occurred three times in a row without refilling my tank! 😖
Similar errors keep occurring frequently after watching ads to get tickets or triple credits - in this latter case, sometimes we get the ticket anyway, sometimes we don't.
And, as a third kind of error, when we reach the maximum of ads that can be watched, the "Watch Ad" button still remains available, but on pushing it, a waiting screen (with the diamond-shaped purple loop) comes up but doesn't continue processing at all, which can only be resolved by closing the app window and starting A9 again...

Further info, this problem was very bad in MP1 last night (England, GMT) however it has just occurred in DE CH albeit not as bad. It was another but different 'sherlock' Ad which start with the image below and runs for 30secs, but both problem Ads finish with the same 15s so that would seem to be a common denominator, I will get a screenshot of the last 15secs next time. I appreciate you investigating this as it results in last place (-20) in MP1 every time

Woah, I've never seen this before. It has to be a glitch of some sort because

1. There's no indicator that should appear in game showing flag count, it would have no use
2. The max amount of flags you can get is under 1.8k, so it's a very messed up value
   It was probably a debug feature that forgot to the removed, maybe you could check at this? @rain atlas

dont know if this is across all platforms, but happens most on the Windows 10 version, you try to move up or down before the little line fills to show what races you can do, it will fill, with this you cant start the race, only way to fix is to go back to the main menu, or restart the game.

no its a simple bug , and since it doesn't affect the gameplay or the rewards anyways , so do no bother about it , it gets fixed with a restart

If you mean clubs with 'vaccancies' then maybe they set their 'status' to private

No that's not what I meant, Club ALIENPRO was previously in the list of international clubs. looking for now after I joined it it is no longer ... You can not see it in the list despite having this tag # bbb9! Thanks for your intention, bro
