hello, if anyone could help me with this glitch it would really be appreciated. So u see the problem for me is that when ever I open asphalt 9 it says that it has an internet glitch or it says it can't connect to the server. It's not really a problem because after i do that for a few minutes it works. But I really have an annoying glitch on my game. Which is whenever I want to play multiplayer or join a club on my pc the game has to check my xbox live previleges. However after 30 mins or so it still doesn't work and in some cases it crashes. if anyone in the asphalt 9 team could help me. it would really be appreciated.

Emoticons still got 2 things wrong even after Ferrari Season update;
1- There is still no hotkey for Windows users to trigger them, you have to use your mouse which sucks during a race and can mess you up
2- Disabling the emoticons only disables the button in HUD, but you can still see your opponents' emoticons, which is wrong based on patch notes that states you can block your opponents' emoticons by disabling them

probably because your pc couldnt handle loading all of the game stuff. Often my game will crash after flickering. Try lowering your graphics

Every single time I start the game, the first MP race has a disconnection result (lost of points and lost of fuel). It seems like the ASPHAlT servers could not set a proper connection at first attempt. Too many points are lost to try.

@old adder Yes, I used to have this glitch on my A9. If you want to fix it you could try to restart A9, try uninstalling and reinstalling it (because when i did that it worked, and don't worry if your memory is lost because as long as your logged in xbox on ur windows 10 then the memory can be used again. If the glitch still happens try restarting your pc and check your internet and xbox gamming settings. Hopefully, 1 of this solutions should work. If they haven't you can try calling or do text-to-text messages to them.

@inland isle have u tryed uninstalling it and reinstalling it because that could make a difference. If that still doesn't work, try calling customer care. And also check that your date and tme settings is set to automatic.

@acoustic lichen Then it must be somthing wrng with ur device. Make sure to check if there are any problems on ur pc, router/internet. If this is a windows 10, do try reinstalling windows 10. If u don't want to do that then try contacting windows/xbox support. They could help with this problem since they ae the ones who created windows. If none if my suggestions work plz do call windows/xbox customer care service.

Firstly, check if ur friend's account is a child or adult account: First thing u wanna do would be to check if ur friends account is a child or an adult account. If it is a child account, tell him to create a new account because child accounts are not permitted to join the multiplayer in Asphalt 9 windows 10. After he is done with creating his new adult account tell him to create a family on Microsoft family then invite his old account to join the microsoft family. He has to accept it to join. Then when he sign in to xbox he needs to sign in with his new account. After that his new account will be able to play multiplayer on Asphalt 9. (for more info, plz do contact xbox support) Plz do note that ur friend will and will have to restart his entire progress though. Plz do warn him about using this method before directly telling him to use it.
Secondly, After ur new adult account is created (or if ur old adult account is not working for multiplayer in Asphalt 9 for some reason) then check your privacy settings. You can find this settings in the xbox website or the xbox app on your pc (available on the microsoft store for free btw)After you click on your privacy settings make sure that everything is enabled to okay/allow. Make sure that every setting on the privacy settings is on allow or okay. Then restart the A9 app. And check if it works.
Thirdly, if anyof these ways don't work it must be something wrong with his device. Make sure that nothings wrong with his device. That's all the tips I know for now. If none of these tips work call xbox support. But one of it should work. Bi!

1. Try restarting your A9
2. Try restarting ur PC
3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling A9 (though this idea might erase memory of the game)
4. Check if there are any problems with ur internet connections
5. Check if ur connected to the internet (because sometimes when u join the game the PC can automatically disconnect the internet)
6. Contact xbox customer care service (only for windows 10)
7. Check ur xbox settings by going to setting > xbox gaming.
8. Reinstall Windows 10
   Note: Plz do note that u should save the last idea as a last resort idea.
   Plz do try one of these ways for I guarentee that one of these ways should work. And also plz do read the note and the following ideas in order.

Then go to xbox.com or the xbox app on windows 10 (available on the microsoft store) and sign out of your current account. then sign in again with the new account that u created. Plz use the new account (warning: You will have to restart ur game progress so if u want to play multiplayer ur gonna have to do this) Then try to connect to xbox. 1. Try to restart A9
2. Try to uninstall and reinstall A9

1. Retry checking ur internet connection: Sometimes for me my computer says that there is internet. And then when u launch the game it says that the internet's offline. Try to check this problem. If it is happening for u do try to troubleshoot ur internet/router box.
2. Somethings wrong with the internet connection: The problem could also be because of some problem in the internet or router box. Try to scan or manually check ur router box for problems. If there is a problem check if u could fix it manually, call an technician or contact the router's manufacterur.
3. Your internet router box could be out of date: Plz do check with ur internet router's manufacterur if ur router box could be out of date. that could be the reason why it is not working.
4. Try uninstalling and reinstalling A9.
5. Try to connect to some new router box: If none of these ways ae working do try to replace ur internet router with a new one.

Hi @short sparrow . Im Arrows Creeper/ZRCreeper. Im here to help u with this problem. Plz check the following things and report ack to me if all these things are checked:

1. check if you are connected to the internet
2. check if your connection with the internet is good.
   If those things are done nd the game still doesn't work then try these ways.
3. Try restarting Asphalt 9
4. Try restarting your internet connection
5. Try restarting your device
6. Try checking for problems on your device for connection and then troubleshoot them.
7. Try uninstalling and reinstalling A9 (warning: Doing this one might erase/remove all you Asphalt 9 memory. so be careful)
   Hopefully one of these ways work. If none of these ways work try contaction Gl, xbox customer care or ask one of the asphalt team

Anyways, try one of the following ways to fix this. (Plz note that I can only help if ur a windows player):

1. Restarting your A9
2. Restarting your pc
3. Check your settings and search for the trouble shooting section. Check if there are any problems for A9 and then troubleshoot it (plz do note that you might have to restart your pc after the trouble shooting is complete so that the settings can be applied. It will also restart automatically after 5-10 min).
4. Try uninstalling and reinstalling A9 (plz do note that this way also might clear all your A9 data so plz be cautious before trying this way).
5. Contact xbox customer care. If not try contacting GL customer care too. But I recommend contacting xbox customer care because GL usually never responds for most people. When you go to the xbox customer care option click on it > then, you will have 3 options
6. Check community feedback
7. Contact us by text
8. Contact us by call
   Choose 1 of the ways and then tell them your issue they'll be able to fix it. Plz try one of the ways if it doesn't work dm me or mention one of the asphalt team. they could help you a lot though. but I recommend trying one of the ways which I have sent first then if it doesn't work then meantion the Asphalt team.

You didn't find any problems, because you probably play in TD or with the analogue stick. I can assure you that players who play with the directional keys in MD are experiencing a lot of problems. I have talked to many players who play with the joystick in MD with the directional buttons, and all of them are very angry and cannot play the game. This is a very serious problem, but one that GL can solve quickly and easily with a small patch, either by disabling the directional key hotkeys or by reverting to the pre-update method of switching between TD and MD and the Camera View.

Game is showing: No events available at this moment. New Multiplayer series coming soon. No club season available. Only career is available.
So I thought it was maybe due to me delaying the Windows update, but even after the update the issue remains. Asphalt version is 2.6.3a.
Any suggestions?

After updating on Windows. I am getting an issue where my Xbox controller (which is wired in) changes to Touch Drive while in a race. I have to pause the game and select manual controller.

Sometimes this happens 2-3 times during a race, it's so annoying as you can imagine when playing MP.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm guessing you use the d pad instead of the thumb sticks

UP on the D pad toggles touchdrive to manual etc

It was assigned that way as almost nobody uses the d pad to turn as the main appeal of controller is the joysticks, as it gives much much finer control over the car

I'd recommend switching to stick and trying to get used to it

Not politics just basic ad targeting man, when someone runs an ad campaign they specify where they want it to show up (usually opt out of regions with weak response bc it doesn't pay off)

Hey Team, these random game freeze/crashes are getting annoying. They happen just transitioning from one screen to another now. Choose a race & then when it goes t oselect the car choices, game could freeze there & crash back to Windows desktop.
