That issue could happen anywhere along the data stream. Even if your quick test shows good internet, there could be an issue at your ISP, any of the other ISP's, the data stream passes through to get to the game server. The further away you are from Gameloft's servers, the longer the data stream has to travel & more areas where a node your data stream is passing through could be overloaded or malfunctioning.

Are there any built-in firewalls in your router or provided by your ISP? There could be firmware firewalls built into the router. If your ISP showed you how to access the menu on the router, go look at the config to make sure a firewall isn't active or a port has access blocked that the game needs to work.

Okay - New Bug: Windows (Keyboard)
After 20min or so, in any random race (MP, Career, SE, LTE) as soon as you touch the left or right key, it pulls hard right or left and locks in. You have to tap repeatedly on the opposite key to release the steering. But then as soon as you hit the other key, it locks in that direction. It's as if the Key is stuck on the keyboard (No, its not my keyboard, its works fine when playing Trackmania or FH4). Once I restart the game, its fine and everything goes back to normal.
Yes, the CPU is above 90% when this occurs.
Also, the game runs fine for the first 20 minutes, Then in a random race, the FPS drops from 60 to 20. Only during a race does this occur, the menu and replays are fine.

Airport City ad audio issues still exist-- audio from ad continues to play even after you exit the ad & go back to playing A9. the only way to get it to stop playing over the game's audio is to either go to the free card packs or any other option where you can select to play ads & hope it isn't another Airport City ad that pops up-- or-- exit out of the game & restart it. The ad audio will continue playing on a loop through any race you play or any other function you do in A9 until you interrupt the process with another ad or X out of the game entirely.

I figured out how the bug starts. Its after you watch an ad. Doesn't matter when you do it, the very next race, the steering is lagging or not even responding to input commands.
The steering bug is related to the ads, somehow. If you have the same bug as me, restart the game after watching an ad, it'll be fine afterwords.

C7.R doesnt work on PC like on mobile. That car has compared to mobile very poor steering/drifting, but most important it DOESNT do barrel rolls. Its not just like its worse than other cars, its literally broken. Fix C7.R physics on PC!

After watching an Ad, the steering/drift input commands do not respond. You have to restart the game every time to fix the input delay. This has been reported multiple times over the last few weeks and you refuse to acknowledge the bug exists.

Im tired of crashing into walls because of this stupid games laggy response time. just now i was in a race in my 4 star aventador j against 1 gold vlf, 1 5 star sin r1 and 1 5 star avj. i was in a disadvantage but i pulled out a huge lead....my oppopnents were not even on my map but the all of a sudden my car veered off onto the right and wrecked and then continuously kept on turning right even though i turned left and tried using td. i did record the race but something went wrong so it is hard to see what happened.....however if you want i can provide it. this has been happening so many times today but none was this bad, I dropped a league becuase of annoying glitches like this so please fix it asap. The problem is in their install code, for some reason the forgot the "if" and "or" "return" values, after uninstalling the game, the update assumes that you already have the game installed and skips the core install process
