Ads seem to be broken after completing the credit race.

Long answer: After I completed the credit race, credit ads showed-up but didn't load the ads.

Short answer: Received the credit ads but the good thing, able to click the 'x' button but didn't received the credit ads reward. Strange! 🤔

Ad issue: Ad didn't load upon clicking the 'watch ad' button but good-thing is, able to click the 'x' button. Weird but ok.

The "Apply 5 Class-C import Parts" mission in Episode 6 is impossible for me because all my C-class cars are finished already, and without the 2 taycan BPs from finishing Episode 6 there's no way to 3-star the car as promised.

Had a problem in-game after completing a race in Classic MP. 'Continue' button when missing after accidentally press the 'menu' on Xbox One controller.

Long story: After completing a race in Classic MP, I accidentally press the 'menu' button in my Xbox One controller and because of it, there's no 'continue' button in-game. As a result, had to quit the game app due to the issue.

Short story: 'continue' when missing after I accidentally, press on the 'menu' button in Xbox One controller.

@stuck quarry Apparently it's possible to lose progress including your Legend Pass purchase information. I was on Tier 35 and have already unlocked the Taycan before losing all progress when I open the game yesterday.

The game is now giving me tier rewards again and Legend Pass rewards are locked despite having paid for it.

I've already submitted a ticket #20203891 (still no response) but you guys might want to take a look at how this was even possible in the first place. Revoking a customer's purchase is a very serious bug. If you need any data feel free to DM me I'd be willing to help.

I got disconnected all of the sudden while racing in Classic MP.

I don't think it's my connection cause I'm connected directly to my Linksys router (wired) which is connected to my Asus Router which was then, connected to Starhub Optical Fiber Terminal and my Internet speed/ping are quite good, too.

I just open up the game to take the 3rd free pack for daily task and watch the 4 ads packs ads. On first ad it took like 2 minutes of loading the ad then after closing the ad it took 2 minutes in the black screen to get back in the game and no reward for watching the ad. I made game restart and got the reword of the first ad and the other 3 ads worked ok then. But all day long the game feels like slow motion in mp and always poor connection and i am not the only one who experience slow motion in game and poor connection every race

Annnd the infinite loop ads are back again... I think this problem maybe has something to do with a certain type of ad, because March of Empires and War Planet are still fine, but now there's an ad for a generic candy crush type of game, and everytime it shows up the loading screen appears for a long time, then either I get the ad and don't get the prize, or I get stuck in the loading screen. So please, if you introduce new ads, make sure they will not bug the game.

I think the new ad is for a game called "jewels of wild west" or something like that.

why windows gameplay graphics is lower than the android ones?
-Motion blur is very strong on android even running in high fps when in windows, no motion blur distributing.
-shadow is in android very deeper than high end windows PC graphics😒
-road reflections are heavily noticeable in android but in windows, it's 60% 😕
-ambient occlusion which make two objects distancing smoother is in android is very high but in windows, its look like fractured😑😑
please fix these and let us play peacefully.

Paradise Island ad works the best and is good 15 seconds short ad. These March or Empire and War planes ads are messing with the game especially thanks to loading them and then when they are done they still need 5-10 seconds for the close button to appear.

The game is unplayable since the day before the beginning of the GP. Huge drops in frame rate. Lost my chances on the GP, can't do the car hunt, can't play MP and lost my top 3000, can't play dayly events, losing a lot of credits and so on... Fix it or I'll drop this game.

it's not a big difference at first glance, but if you consider that triple credit ads can be watched only twice per day, it makes difference, specially for new players who have few credits.

I've been seeing this a lot lately. When viewing adds it just spins and doesn't load. There is no way to recover I just have to close the app and reload. I think when I do that in a situation where I'll get card packs after the add plays (like during dailies) then I lose out on those packs because I was forced to close

The name of ad is Jewels of Mahjong (and happens with the Jewels of Wild West too)
The problematic ads are located in the Store.
It is common for this type of ad to give problems such as: not releasing packets of cards after watching it. Sometimes these packages are given when the game is restarted or when we win a new package. However most of the time we lost the package even though we watched the ad.

The Import Part selling dialog is no longer calculating. Where it says 24, before the update it would show the total: 72 (3 x 24). It does award the correct total if you sell.

I updated the game and now the ads are gone... No ads for extra daily tickets, no ads for refueling, no ads in the shop, well no ads at all.
Do some of you have the same problem?

I'm lucky when I can watch more than one ad because of this infinite loop problem. I always end up having to restart the game.
Also the only ad I get is "Jewels of the wild west". This ad seens to be causing it because it started when it began to show up.
(P.S.: English is rusty a.f., sorry).

Hi! Sorry to bother you, @opaque raft but I seem to having a problem with A9 Windows.

I don't know what happened to it but 2-days after, it was working fine but now, it stops working.

I re-install from Microsoft Store but failed, the issue is still there.

I checked with my Internet connection. It was working fine. No issue at all.

@stuck quarry What have they added to the app that runs in the background when you're in the game lobby? This generates high processor consumption which causes the start of a race (mainly in multiplayer mode) to cause a crash in the application, the race never to start or the beginning of the race to ruin the stability of the fps causing too much lag.

Since today's morning, your brilliantly optimized game is clogging my CPU with over 85% usage. Gameplay is slow, buttons input have almost 1 second delay, rendering the game unplayable.
I have 12 teammates with the same problem and I guess the other 7 will complain about it some time later.
I can play/open way more heavy apps/games and it won't even go over 50% CPU usage.
But I get 85% with Asphalt which supposedly is able to be run my completely potatoes PC/Laptops.

Instead of releasing new cars all the time, take an update and optimize your game...

First add takes few minutes to load then second ad works ok but after you click on the close you will end up in a black screen and no progress. I just dont understand whats up with this game with it's ads problems. Like seriously go take some internet school how to make ads for your game or go ask help from some company that can make it work for you if your cant do it for your selves

Long story: After completing a race, I watched the credit ads and after watching it, it hangs there (crash to point had to close it).

It's just so weird that gameloft have some weird problems with the ads in this game. I cant watch any ads. Then time goes past a bit i play other things and i get 1 ad to watch to reduce the timer in stage 2

This is completely unacceptable
This much CPU usage, with the game idling on the main menu
Didn't you make enough profit from legend passes, so you implemented a bitcoin miner or something? For the love of God, your game is unplayable for more than two days now. And you are too clueless to have a community manager to check YOUR OWN SERVER every 4-5 hours in the weekends to report back any potential issues

CPU usage don't typically go above 20% for this game, not sure about GPU - doubt it matters - so if CPU usage is high there's an issue. Mine seems fine now after a reboot, not sure if that helped either. Will see if the issue comes back at some point.

@trim mortar Ok then ill just delete my suggestion. Im no IT guy so i find it pretty wierd that my CPU never runs 100% but his MUCH better struggles hard.
As far as ive read then games are being ''optimised'' to CPU cores, but 8400 has more cores than 3200G. Very wierd. So many bugs in this update that their guys cant complain about lack of job to do now 😄 Maybe they should have tested their product before releasing. We waited 2 additional weeks before Rimac i think- maybe better would be delay this update for a week not just release this ****** (put your own word there)

Have no idea lol. Ram is not issue, graphics isnt issue, but everybody complains about CPU bottleneck, so my guess is that they wrongly optimised how game uses CPU cores. But thats just my guess- like i said im no IT guy

Like i said previously- my 3200g runs fine, but guy with much better i5 8400 complains about 100% usage so its not really users problem

Maybe they adjusted to newer technologies so older CPUs start to struggle even though technically they are faster. Who knows what they have done, but one thing is sure- its their side where problem lies.

• this game is not demanding, like at all
• on my 3770K typical CPU usage is <20%
• the CPU usage intermittently shoots up to ~70%, which is when I'd get severe input lag
• nobody knows how or why it happens. I can play all day just fine and when it decides to happen it'd happen. it's either the game or the way the game interacts with windows

Never mind intel or amd. This game should not need you to have any good pc. it's a under 3gb game that is made to run on mobile phones. On Desktop PC it should run no problems and should not bottleneck cpu

I've said it multiple times but maybe (general) you missed it. Example my case with 3770k:

Normal usage: <25%
Bugged usage: 60-70% - this is when you get 2-3 sec input lag in races

Thing is I don't think anyone would look at it. It's not like this game has a log for devs to trace stuff (would be happy to be wrong here)

Ofc the game needs optimizations , that's for sure and the server lag is as high as ever was in A9 (even on gigabit connections) . Not saying that the I5-4570 bottlenecks GTX970 (in general) , saying that's a bottleneck atm on this game with the current update.

No issues with single player but multiplayer has been full of performance issues for me since the update -- constant frame drops, and when the game does drop frames it'll ignore my inputs or sometimes add ghost inputs (at one stage i wasn't pressing any keys and my car just kept turning right). happening on G4560 + 1050 ti

Oddly enough no issues at all on my laptop (i5-9300h + gtx1650)

Ad seem to be crashing on Windows since the latest update, @opal temple (sorry for the mention)

Could you take a look at it?

Previous update, it was working fine. No issue at all but the latest update seems to broke the ads.

Long story: After finishing a race, credit ads showed-up and after watching it, it crash to point had to close the Windows and restart it.

Short answer: Ad seems to crash after watching it and had to close the Windows.

P.S: On the other hand, my Android seems to be working fine and able to watch ads without any issue. It's the Windows. I'm having the issue with watching ads.

When/where/how it happens? - Every time I run a race on ANY of the Shanghai maps in multiplayer, can start the race and around 10-20 seconds in, the game crashes to the desktop each time, losing fuel and points. Crashing started today, I had no problems yesterday (or any other time before!).

I have had serious issues with graphics, server connection & in MP even the controls fail to respond at times. However it seems to be intermittent. From late afternoon Sunday, to the early hrs of Mon; when I checked.

Server connection issues today, already checked my internet connection - it's fine.
Checking Xbox Permissions Please Wait message keeps coming up when i try to open Club Chat. Will not connect to MP, stuck on Searching For Players And Location.

Previously in MP it always tells me i have a Bad Connection, but when i check my metrics i have well over 100Mbps down and 20Mbps up, with less than 20ms average ping.

When/where/how it happens? Since 5/8/20, the game's now suffering from some issues everyone seems to talk about such as input lag and high CPU usage. The former though seems to happen all because of the latter, my laptop sometimes goes above from the 30% CPU usage from the game itself (about 45-50%), which is not normal I'll said. Even since prior to this update, everything was running fine without issues.
Details of your device: Windows 10 Home (64-bits), Intel Core i7-4510U CPU @ 2.60 GHz, 8 GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics Family GPU.
~~PS: yeah it's not exactly the best one out there, but it's functional.~~

Right click the Windows icon (Bottom left on taskbar) , click settings, click 'Privacy' button, on the General tab make sure the 'Let apps use advertising ID' button is on, restart the game. I had the same problem since the latest update and this was turned off for some reason, I turned it back on and ads appeared again. Hope it helps

As you can see in the video, the CPU usage starts out fine in MP but eventually climbs to and stays within 93-97% whereas on singleplayer it sits comfortably at 60-70%

This on Mp1 , in Mp2 I reach Master league I was to my way to top 5 they bring me the same one opponent in 8 successive races and of course he started each time before me and I can't catch him. in the 9 one I left the race, let him finish alone , I immediately log on a new race , and in my surprise I found him waiting me again what the hell !? Did the game use AI with the recorded names of players on multiplayer? Do you push me to leave definently the game ? Or maybe you suspected me as a hacker one , because I find some haters and sick ones reported me ! That's really Pathetic because you know I'm one of the most skilled players been kd or wreck each race cause of my poor pc am still using ! You remember when at my beginning 5 months ago when you banned me during 24 hours for a check up and I lost that time my top 5 in LS of McL Senna free experience but you find I'm clean one and you have not compensated me for that time loss !! Those who faced lags of input in controls and high CPU usage, try this
Those who have good graphics card:
Go to PC settings > System > Display > Graphics settings under Display option > change classic app option to universal apps and select Asphalt 9 from the list in second select menu and click on add.
Then click on the app and select options > select high performance and save it.
This will reduce the excessive load from CPU and will also force the game to run on GPU. One of my friend told us about this in a discord server and it helped them. Hope your problem gets solved.

Those who don't have a graphics card and dependent on integrated graphics only:
Follow the same above but instead of high performance, try Power Saving (wrong marked on pic, don't select high performance or game will lag even more). I tried this and it improved gameplay since I am using a low end device with no graphics card.

Try reducing the graphics. This is my setup and game is running fine pretty much. And I get CPU usage between 50 to 80% and no lags and no input lags. I hope this will help. I played many MP races smoothly with this setup at tracks like Caribbean, Osaka, Himalaya where lags get very high.

This is just a temporary solution based on the result I got. If anyone has better method then please share. Game needs to be fixed and optimized even more imo. When running at lowest graphics, game starts lagging as well as high graphics.

@shrewd heron in that case you can do only thing and thats waiting till GL fix this issue. Or submit a ticket to customer care. Show them the screenshot you shared here and tell them in details what happened. But you need to be patient.
I saw in community that many players are facing different types of problems after update.

I've been having a massive problem for some days that its not allowing me to play the game, at all. I am a manual driver but as soon as I do any race, in any map, in any car, I lose total control of my car. It just locks and doesnt allow me to do anything, I lose any kind of control over the car, if I'm turning while this happens the car keeps turning no matter what, ruining every single race I do. I cant even pause it if I'm not on a mp race, so its literally unavoidable. Please, help me!! Up until now this had never happened, I've checked my hardware and it was fine, I also checked my CPU, just in case, and the game consumes an impossible ammount of CPU, but even then, it was not the problem either and the CPU was fine too, at a normal temperature and stuff. So, what could be the problem then?? What can I do?? I dont want to have to use TD to just play, but right now I'm obligated to use it. I even putted the game on the lowest it would let me, and still not fixed. Performance doesnt seem to be the problem.
Please, help me!! And I have seen I'm not the only one with that problem so, if there's already a way to fix it, please do tell. I'm desperate about this

nice of u guys in GL to fix ads for an hour. the game is crashing and freezing again while running ads. hats off to u and ur devs.

Remove these random popup ads. This one i understand but these are like lego ads and other stuff that isnt related to COVID-19 These things may cause problems to the game like your ads always cause problems. So remove these ads as the less we have them randomly pop up the less problems we have

@stuck quarry when freezes, lags and input lag will be fixed and CPU consumption optimized? It's not only for me, all players have it after last updates

Hello guys . A solution for controls lag already ? I can't play like this on Windows 10 , with this lag , and i can't play on Android because my saves are on Xbox Live account ...
