Just an update I had to buy the LP TWICE and contact Microsoft for a refund. Which was approved.

O.K., so I had to uninstall the game on my Windows 10 desktop because the Google Games-thingy messed-up. When I go to log-in with my main FB acct., it is not letting me switch to the acct. name you see here. That account had over 160 cars.

If anyone has my GL ID # under that acct. (Kadmos1 or similar), that might help if I have to contact GL's Customer Support about this. I don't want to have to re-start over from scratch. However, when I click the FB button in the Windows 10 desktop version of A9 to link my acct. to, it leads me to 2 accts. Each acct. is where you have 1 card unlocked (how an acct. appears when you play the game for the first time). I am trying to get so that I am back at an acct. to switch to that has over 160 cars unlocked.

I unlinked the A9 up from my FB acct. (when A9 could be played on FB). Not sure if that made it worse. Help, please.

Update summary on my side. I have two version of Asphalt, one on MS store to watch ads and one on Steam to play (better image, faster loading).

• Connection ok on both platforms after updating.
• Progress conserved in partnership and showroom event (the dreaded BMW i8)
• Game crashed once on MS when watching ads
• No access to MP (error 7, unable to connect to server)
• Progression in weekly challenge lost
• Not able to get the MP rewards of last season, even though I asked someone to do it for me, 1h delay too short, make it at least one day next time
• Player ID changed, which allows to redeem the 'Motion' code again
  Altogether, I've the feeling of being lucky, after reading about all the mess here...

The windows accounts are being migrated to the new Asphalt Legends Unite gamespace, to which iOS and Android accounts will also be migrated next update. This is to enable crossplay and crossave amongst those accounts once Unite launches. As it's a new gamespace, accounts will gain a different ID once the migration has completed.

I can't answer this with certainty. Progress on sponsorships were not supposed to be impacted by migration, but the loss of access to the game does make things more complicated. I would get in touch with out customer support team so they can investigate and hopefully compensate for the loss of access.

Yes, like @flat totem said, the 1st ad was always the 20x, but after this update, the 1st two or three ads are always the regular 3x, but I never got a 20x again since the update, and only got a onr time 12x credits multiplier.

low end devices usually lag when there are many cars / objects / lots of movement or animations happening. multiplayer is one of those moments
