Steam version user on Windows PC here. I haven't kept track but month after month update after update this goes unfixed. I have no audio at all and it's really making me mad. I put a post in this server 3 months ago to no avail and I've seen other people complain about this issue on the Steam version of the game. I've reinstalled the game, checked and troubleshooted my audio driver, and done various other optimizations and still have no audio. I have audio in the Microsoft Store version as well as in everything else on my computer but this one game. I play using a controller so Steam is my only option. If anyone from Gameloft sees this PLEASE fix this in the Unite update. It really bothers me to have to put something else going in the background or else silence.

Hi. Seems like rewards you get when completing showroom event Saleen S1 Stage 1 are not what is "promised". When completing all challenges, I get 500c + 2 Blue cards + 2 red Cards + 1 Purple card, while the showroom promises 1000c + 2 Blue + 2 Red + 1 Purple + 5 credits (so 1000c + 5 credits becomes 500c).
By the way, loading times after completing races are still endless.

The SC 63 was part of the last season and there would have been 150 tokens for it, but the new season started before the key was given! I thought the developers were stupid - that's wrong. The Xbox Legend Pass seems to have slipped their minds. It is not available for purchase.
I'm pretty fed up with the inequality we have on console versus the other platforms, we always have problems here. Not to mention the inequality in terms of credits that a PC player can earn by watching ads... The difference in credits earned playing on PC versus console is abysmal. Sync Microsoft Store progress with Steam Version

• Open Microsoft Store version, go to Settings and then Connect, generate the code from there
• Open Steam version, go to Settings and then Connect, this time you paste the code you previously generated

You should now have your progress in both versions and synced automatically each time you play.

Note: to get better performance in Steam version, right click Asphalt 9 in your Library, go to properties, and type -directx in Launch Options, that will force the game to use Directx 11 and will give overall smoother experience

No, that's wrong. It was 240 tokens, not 200 & it was 10x packs that would provide at least one good S car bp (Chiron or Regera). Some people got multiples of each & as many as 15 total. The rest of the bps may be trade coins for veteran players, but there are thousands of players who could use every single bp. But people are already forgetting what we lost & I'm just trying to keep a daily reminder so that hopefully we will get them one day.

I had this problem with a few specific ads & I sent in a complaint form on the Gameloft support site. They had me take some screenshots of the ads & some stuff in my windows settings. Then they removed the specific ads I was having trouble with so I didn't get them again. But it was just a few ads that were freezing up & the ads were for the same thing, like a hotel or something. So if it's just a few specific ads then you can have them removed from the cycle of ads shown to you.

Actually, the Chiron & Regera were featured cars in the packs & with it being 10x packs, you were guaranteed at least one bp from the featured cars. So, that's were it came from. Also, I don't usually post but one reminder per day on the subject. Although, if someone asks a question about it, I may answer. But I definitely don't flood the channel with it.

It can be hard to get a proper response from them sometimes. They send several automated responses before an actual person gets involved. But I always reply to every email they send & keep trying to get a response that's not automated. Eventually, they usually respond & try to help. But it has taken up to a couple of weeks sometimes. I don't know if any of that will help, but hopefully it will.

Look at the board of Carrera in Daily. All of the top are guys with 5 level-7 level of garage. All the best players are lower. Cheaters are killing this game. Blocking doesn't help because I have races with blocked guys. Please do something with this.

I think the game hasn't been loading the pictures for the daily events for me too for at least a week now. I reset the app through Windows and it's still happening. It fixed it for a very short while I think though. I've restarted the game and computer multiple times and updated my software on Chrome, Windows, and other apps but that didn't help either.

Open the computer or if you are not sure you know what you are doing, take it to the service center for thorough cleaning. It will help 100%. All fans, the cooler on the processor and maybe the paste between the processor and the cooler should be replaced because it hardens over time and stops conducting heat from the processor to the cooler. After this it should work faster and without these problems you have. That's how it was with me. Let me know what you did!

All he did was count the days & it was never more than a couple of sentences. It never interfered with anyone or anything else. There was no reason for such harsh measures. Bots leave generic reasons like "spamming" or "posting invite". This was super specific and worded so that if the rewards never come, he can't return. There are screenshots of it on Reddit. But it doesn't matter anyway because we are getting the rewards with the update. Glad they finally made it clear.

I was able to link my ios account, to GL ID.
and I logged into GL ID on the steam version
I attempted to link my ios to my steam game, and I got this screen despite following the instructions carefully

no such thing as linking a pc account to a mobile account. you link them to a gameloft id, then in unite you choose which one you want to play on, and you can play in both of them in different times

Gameloft ID will allow for cross-save once Unite launches. For now it will allow you to transfer your progress between devices of the same platform (With PC, Xbox, and Steam being able to transfer between each other).

Some people can't babysit their PCs at your convenience, though they played to win those rewards. So it's all over for them? This is not INCONVENIENCE - this is crippling lack of important game feature. I will loose those rewards and lost some Club Milestone rewards quite a few times before because I have to claim them in the middle of the work day when I'm not at my PC. Don't you think it would be prudent to implement auto-claim / adding up rewards you did not claim manually? After all you effectively destroy hundreds of tokens of value for some players with this debacle.

The game is really messed up after the update

First, there are no ads available, no matter how many times I restart the game.

Second. the reputation I get isn't being counted in the club menu, until now all of the club member are at 0 reputation.

Third, there is a duplicate showroom event for the bmw i8 roadster and is really broken, no completion rewards and all of the other reward have no conditions

@sweet quarry , my son can't login into his game through Steam, it is showing the migration error. When we try to talk to customer care, it asks for maker and model, but he doesn't play on phone, so we can't do nothing. His game ID is w-1c63e14. Can you check with the team please? Many thanks.

I was in top 1000 and I couldn't get my rewards because of the maintenance. You were supposed to give a 1 hour delay if I'm not wrong...
Also, I have purchased the Legend Pass and almost 30 minutes later I haven't received it yet despite the fact that my money is gone from my Microsoft account and that the order has been confirmed by the game...

Same thing happened to me. Still no email response from GL customer support. I bought the bonus pass with the first 8 tiers. So if I play now and finish challenges those tiers will get wasted

No, I connected the game to a GL ID and I didn't have any problems with my account. On the other hand, I have 11 people in my club who have not changed their player ID. Of these 11 people, 2 confirmed having the message, no news yet from the others...

It has been opened for android / IOS with the current update, and in the future (unite?) will be used for cross-platform sync
