I'm having audio problems. The game seems to mess up at least a few times a day recently where the sound just becomes bad and sounds all scratchy and glitchy. It's very bad and distorted. I have to restart the game to fix it. I haven't had this problem before and I've played well over 2,500 hours in this game since I started back in January 2023.

I'm having trouble with Asphalt 9, every time I log out my progress is wiped out. I've tried logging out of accounts, changing passwords, resetting the Xbox and Microsoft store apps, resetting network adapter, and just about every suggestion given. Is there anyone who might be able to help? I would greatly appreciate it. I've been trying to fix the issue for almost 10 days now. I've also tried every suggestion offered by Gameloft over the last 10 days and all I get is "developers need more time to perform additional checks". I've even provided screenshots with time stamps to illustrate the issue. Thank you for any help.

the game update got downloaded in background this time, without asking consent like earlier ones on windows-store and most of top 200 clubs will be affected if not attained 2.7M milestone, in our case we are unable to reach 1.95M due to rep sync issues we are at 1.85M since 24hrs and with only 20 hrs more and yet to have a fix chances are bleak 🤪 , i hope we are compensated

It seems that the concept of non-regression tests is unknown at gameloft. A lot of things break at each update but this seems perfectly normal.

i was playing without syncing, i had even redeemed 20million coin with my amazon prime redeem too, all lost someone created account in my name and he/she sync with his xbox account so i totally lostmy achievements and car,

Is anyone else having issues with getting the "Perform No Stunts in a Single Race" mission completed? I've successfully done this 3x now using different races and not getting the completion. Have used the Arash Car hunt and career races. Zero stunts done (jumped either). No luck

That reset option doesn't work for me. That button resets all external data about current event, notifications such as 'introduction of A9 bank system once it is charged', 'introductino of automatic conversion of excess BPs into trade tokens'...

Yes, I noticed it as well. Looks like a mistake to me. Also, I had expected the class C elite as we already had S class elite previously (along with class A).

when you're the only one having that issue while everybody else's game works fine, the issue is on you. try restarting your router and pc, this game requires better internet than browsing, it can happen that your internet doesn't send enough power

I'm still having audio problems within the game. I'm not having audio problems outside of it. I play the game in a window on my laptop. I go back and forth between the game and my Chrome internet browser. The audio has been messing up still the past month or so. Not a bug or anything, but there is a big issue with multiplayer; If you're platinum league you're screwed; You're facing so many legend league players and the ELO rating isn't balanced on this occassion; 1 rating gained by getting 4th and only losing to cars like Jesko, Hennessey and Devel but winning from the rest of the platinum league players is just unfair; And this time I got a point, but I have also lost a lot of points by getting the best position behind the legend league players; The gap is just to big, especially with ghost slipstream, to get a decent result

More than 50% !!!!! of my matches is against legend league players and you always lose points against them; Why not making a system where you can choose cars from a same level to make it fair; In each way thinkable it's ridiculous and unfair for players in the platinum league and high advantage for the minority in legend league; I've notified it many times through different ways, but still nothing has improved and it has only been more tragic
