I am experiencing issues with multiplayer . It is taking an excessive amount of time to join a race, and sometimes I am joining after the race has already started, resulting in a delay of 1 minute or more. Additionally, the race does not end after that

This is Ridiculous, not only do you need a fully 6 star ultima, you also need it golden maxed. That’s 42 million credits. This event is incredibly disappointing unless you already have the ultima golden maxed. Which is even more dumb considering if you have it golden you almost certainly have the key

Update: I've heard from one source that Internet signals of my current service provider may be sabotaged by someone. In this case, I may not be able to play A9 on Windows PC until the situation is taken care of.

Today I faced the same fps issue on MS version, I even changed it to 30fps, 60fps still, the problem is that the default is 60fps, so I tried to login another acc(to reload settings successfully), then the changed settings worked.
In all, set 120 or 120+ fps, reload A9 with another xbox acc, then reload with your original acc, fps issue from my side was solved in this way

i'd have to imagine they launch in a few hours, given its the last week of the season. Likewise, season finale multiplayer should begin in a few hours as well.

They wouldnt announce things in patch notes if they weren't ready. Often times they delay entire seasons if an issue is happening (the recent windows delays happening multiple times now for example).

The Civic showroom's stage 5 has a mission to be completed to unlock the TreZor showroom (Just like how DeZir had V12 Speedster's one). But it seems you already have maxed Civic before showrooms appeared. I think GL should have thought about this and solved this

I have the opposite issue. I am able to access the DeZir and Civic's showroom since I do not have them maxed yet, but TreZor's locked out since I maxed it in a previous hunt. I'm likely missing out on epic parts because of this oversight.

Similar to how the showrooms track how many blueprints you own, it should also track how many epic parts you own, so you're able to get the rewards within the Showroom first, before it locks you out for good.

Can't even buy the epics unless another hunt comes around or they decide to sell in shop, but both of those can take ages before they happen again, if they even will.

Hi Game Loft, I have been enjoying the Drive Syndicate since it was introduced but mistakenly used my in-game coins to upgrade the MERCEDES-BENZ 2022 SHOW CAR VISION instead of the DEVEL SIXTEEN CAR and now I am stuck without the upgrade. However, our community let us know their concerns early, and we’ve been keeping a close eye on your feedback throughout the entire evolution of Season tokens, trying to adapt our strategies and react to your suggestions.
Although we feel like Season Tokens are in a much better shape than when we first started, we don’t really feel like they provide a valuable enough addition to our Season’s experience and has provided a great deal of frustration and uncertainty to our players, which we apologize for.
For this reason, we’ll be taking a step back next Update, and starting after our Dragon Race Season, Season Tokens will be removed from the game.
Thankfully, given the fact that Season tokens expire upon season end, we don’t foresee any major issues from a technical aspect, and given Community feedback and reactions, we’d much rather take a step back and review all that we’ve learned, rather than continue with our current approach.
We’re not saying Season Tokens are gone forever, as there have been some positive aspects we'd like to explore further and potentially bring back in the future, but for now Dragon Race will be the last Season to feature Season Tokens.
As always, we’re incredibly grateful to our community for being so forthcoming with their feedback, as it always helps us understand things from a different perspective and has provided us with the necessary insight to take this big step.

2. press ctrl + f to open find and search for fps, change desiredFPS value to 0 or 120
   0 means uncapped(120+) and 120 means 120 fps

NOTE: There is nothing wrong with the game as I still play on 120+ fps, its an issue on the client side

If the above given method doesn't work try these~

1. you might want to make sure your hardware is strong enough to be able to run the game at high frame rates, and make sure hardware drivers are up to date
2. check your display refresh rate setting and set it to max if not set already
3. disable vsync for uncapped fps
4. check Nvidia/AMD control panel settings and check if frame_limiter/radeon_chill settings are turned on, turn them off for uncapped fps
5. if nothing works try clean reinstallation of graphics driver with DDU

GL should include clash summary which should give player wise streets assigned, streets occupied and streets defended.

It's frustrating and tedious job to find out who has not finished clash.

Definitely need more info for clash, It should also say who has placed and not raced in defense , and should show who and how many losses on defense races that opponent hasn't cleared too, when you go in and view the actual race.

This is my personal opinion but when you gain multiple reward in multiplayer, You can just show them all at once in a single time. Not like flash the screen at every single reward you get.

Microsoft released a faulty Visual C++ update for windows and gameloft badly packaged the game for the microsoft store. Windows update should come this week or next week and gameloft update only next season. But I suggest you to search for a new game because this game has zero customer care as you see, they don't respond to anything and A9 always has somekind of technical problem.

Closed the ad, I opened Player Profile to check my Player ID. After a while I closed it, and then 5-sec ad started. While typing this message, I closed the Daily Events window, and 5-sec ad started.
It happens for other game modes as well. It's like 5-sec ad starts every time I take action and window transition occurs after a certain period of time (like 30 seconds, but sometimes even in less than 5 seconds).

Sync Microsoft Store progress with Steam Version

• Open Microsoft Store version, go to Settings and then Connect, generate the code from there
• Open Steam version, go to Settings and then Connect, this time you paste the code you previously generated

You should now have your progress in both versions and synced automatically each time you play.

Note: to get better performance in Steam version, right click Asphalt 9 in your Library, go to properties, and type -directx in Launch Options, that will force the game to use Directx 11 and will give overall smoother experience

Has anyone else been having a problem where they clearly finish ahead of other players in multiplayer according to the minimap and just regular driving view but it shows that I finished behind the other players at the end of the race?

like I should have got 2nd instead 3rd place or even 4th. I was clearly ahead by car lengths and the other drivers didn't seem to have connection issues and neither did I for the race.

I never had this issue before but it has happened sometimes to me recently.
