Issues severe frame drop, non functioning controls, Device overheating.
Resolutions tried but failed including re-installation. This is happening with galaxy store version and Google play version.
Plus Issues with turning game off, the game won't allow my device to shut it down so I have to manually close device and the restart it then I can close it..... my device is fully protected and all caches are clean.

the LEgo Stuntz ad thats completely in english and promises 5 token on the first button is completely broken and always blocks me form going back or finishing the ad

there was another version that was translated to Czech for my region which was running slow but it did work and did finish. This other broken English version makes me force close the game and it always shows up again when i want to play any ad, including multiple google advertising ID resets.

Workaround for server issue [1-3-5-2]:

This issue is related to Google Play, which basically means Google Play is unable to login, hence Asphalt 9 is unable to sync with Google Play.

1. So, close the game and open Google Play Games (if you have it installed. If not, install it, it's a small app).
2. Go to profile, you will see that it is taking time to load.
3. Switch to airplane mode and then switch back to mobile data/wifi (depending on what you use).
4. Then go back to profile again, you will see that it shows your profile without any issues. The problem has now been solved.
5. Now close it and open the game again, you will have no issues and the game will start.

Hi there...i need to contact you regarding the compensation gifts y'all are giving out. Despite that i just got 3 connection issues again and again leaving me with -60 in MP2, i re-logged in and got the compensation gifts message.

With all due respect, what is the thought behind of all this? Seriously, the A9 community is supporting the game all the way buying LP's - even though the problem is not fixed yet.

Then finally after being left in the dark an ingame message pops up regarding the sync issue. People can't believe you're giving 10k credits which is hilarious and 2 pax with ridiculous TC's!

The community is in rage already and on top some are getting 3-6-15 GT BP's leaving players arguing and being jealous at each other - while others get nothing logically. This is not right and definitely not the competition we're striving for!

Now why would you support even more negativity on the already frustrating situation? Give everyone the same appropriate compensation instead of making it even worse than it already is. A few tokens and useful BP's each day would be a great sign everyone can work with. But the situation now is just awful and the community is feeling scammed and very disappointed, while insult to injury is being added and it's a str8 slap in the face of the game supporting community.

Additionally appropriate rewards to end off the season would be to give out the MP2 rewards to everyone - no luck based gifting and no exceptions!

The issue is on your side - so be a company about it and get it dealt with. Don't let your loyal playerbase pay for your mistakes! Thx and regards!
