To those who suffer from the same problem, here's a workaround (from a f...abolous user of yours not even the devs):

• delete the smaller .obb package in Asphalt obb file
• run the game and let it download what you deleted
• when it almost finished, turn off wifi and data so the download stops
• close the game
• save a copy of not finished .obb file somewhere
• open the game and let it download the remaining data
  Now you have to replace that file with unfinished copy anytime you wanna play again. You still have to download some stuff everytime, but it's only a few MB, not GB of data
  If the game can't find game data or still stuck in "incomplete download" window, make a copy of obb file somewhere and reinstall the Asphalt9 app.

The update has made a bad situation worse wrt. ads crashing the game - again and again it's the Lego ads that are killing what's left of the game's reputation 😦

Sit through a 30 second Lego ad, then this...

then hit reload, sit through another 30 second ad, fail to get reward again, hit reload and sit through another 30 second ad again, then the game freezes trying to deliver the reward - 1 minute 30 seconds of ads + no reward + a crashed game

It is possible but only once per player and you need to get in touch with the customer care. First you need to create a ticket from your current device. Fix your damn game. It's like total lag fest on SD636 3GB ram. Last 2 updates have made the game totally unplayable. It use to lag a bit but nothing game breaking. Now even credit heist event is where picture freeze up for 20 seconds then moves a bit like few frames then back to picture freeze for 20 seconds or so

Basically every race that dont have AI the game is playable but when there is AI it's a total lag fest to a point it's not playable at all. Hi I am from Pakistan, facing a glitch in multiplayer races, got down loosing from rack 40000 to 75000.
As I start multiplayer I receives a message that I or other have poor connection/s, than after a while even when I am at any position cars start dropping in front of me with signal logos, if I am at 1st or 2nd position as race get end it shows race progress 99% but race don't get end and soon I came to know that I have lost my top position during race and got last.

When the game's crashing/freezing while watching 'Skip' ads for refuelling, you can eliminate the game crash by closing the 'Fast Forward!' window (red 'X') each time after receiving your refuel

So 'Skip' > 'Watch Ad' > Receive refuel > Click Red 'X' to close window > Then repeat process > 'Skip' etc.

Much more reliable receiving of rewards and stops the game crashing, this is on a Samsung S9+

Issues with the ads for tickets, ads for 3x rewadrs after races don't give any multiplier, then after a few seconds gives us only the normal reward for each race. Warm up quikly, needs only 5 min of play to show up a warning message of running super hot "please use your device in colder places, running it on hot temperatures causes perfomance issues and drain your battery fast, reducing his life"

You have raised prices, raised demand for rewards and reduced the rewards we're having to grind harder and harder for.

I find your actions deliberately provoking and uncalled for. All we wish for is a game where achievements are rewarded fairly, a game where security is paramount and implementation of widely available anti hacking software to give this game some sorely missed positivity.
Over two years of gameplay and you're still treating us like we're all wrong!! Open your eyes and clean out your ears, these issues aren't going to go away by closing a door!!
Give us back the excitement and the ability to gain with a little effort and not making it a full time job with expected overtime!! Get your priorities where they should be or you'll end up paying a very heavy price

I didn't get any ads for last few days that frequently but now it appears after each mp race end.

Why are so many ads coming in the game. After each & every race a ad pop's up out of nowhere.

3x ad rewards are never rewarded if it's this ad, network is good. Same ad when shown for refueling works fine.

App also becomes unresponsive at this point. None of the buttons or actions do anything.
