Game crashed after the race ended
But still, server synchronized and counted the race after I logged back in
Multiplayer time and position Glitch(Connection issue):
When it happens: While waiting for players in the lobby(after the back option disappears) and in the middle of races too.
Where it happens: In any type of multiplayer racing including club races.
How it happens: When the game get minimized(while waiting for players to be ready for the race, or in the middle of the race) by force from the user itself or another app(like a pop-up window call, or a phone call) for a certain amount of time, opening the game again will result to make the player in the same place and time in that multiplayer race, but with a wrong position for the player itself, and with a wrong location and time of that player for the other players in that race too,
that results in a glitched out time and position of that player after the race ends.
Connection type: Router (15Mbps).
Device: Pocophone f1.

But a phone call minimized my game for a couple of seconds while i was in the middle of the race.
After i opened the game again, That minimizing resulted of corrupting the time and location and the position of the car that i drove for me and the other players too.

@spring ravine don't worry about it. Just reporting someone doesn't do anything to them. It is all dependent on whether Gameloft's anti-cheat software flags the account if the person has problems then.

Not sure if anyone is experiencing this but Club races have been super glitchy. My team mates keep disconnecting for no reason and I disconnected when my connection was perfect. Also the physics is much worse in Club races then MP, I keep bouncing and wrecking on flat roads

When I hold the device I need to hold my finger exactly at the location of it on the tablet. It's difficult/impossible cuz the touch area on the tab screen is small

If you are watching for card pack then you do get the card pack later or when you restart the game. But if you're watching ad for refilling cars fuel then no compensation is given if such a bug occurs.... Please fix this.

Obviously I can't keep playing if every 2-3 days you put my account on cool down or give me a ban, I would like to find the reason, if it is a false positive, I need to know what it is to remove it? Streamlabs? AZ Screen Record? RAZER Cortex? Tinder? what could I possibly have installed that is causing this? OR, if it's simply you guy doing this because I made too much progress too quickly, shouldn't you either disclose that to customers or simply put hard limits in the game? You are being dishonest to customers by not telling them.

@olive oyster i had the same point when i was banned without a reason. Customer care is useless and non existent. They say i hacked but when asked for proof they said they cant provide it because of privacy concerns. I wanted details of my account and they had privacy concerns. Such behaviour is encouraged by GL and no action has been taken regarding these false bans for legit players. Meanwhile hackers still steal top 1 reward from mp and events and still roam free. GL has failed this good game.
Every update there are new bugs and new pay to win events.

Yes, your biggest problem and investigation is not our ability to play the game but what is affecting your wallet, a.k.a ads.
No time left for freeze, lags and other, except "contact CC", where they tell us: close the game then reopen, restart the phone, clear the cache, reinstall the game. Yeah, awesome, but it doesn't fix the problem

The point with my preceding message was that gameplay issues take month to get fixed (ramp that can't be taken after update and this lag issues for example), while ads not available have already two workarounds.
I remember with emotion when your anti cheat system drove crazy and kicked legit players. The workaround was "do not play multiplayer until it is fixed".
Weirdly here, the workaround is not "do not watch ads", since it means less money for GL.
So, to be clear with what I think (may be not true, but what I think with the communication), you fix your wallet issues, before our gameplay.
There is no hard feeling here, I just play in degraded mode since latest update, like many players, and there is still no acknowledgement nor workaround.

All you need to do is to stop the game if it's running, make sure that you are connected to the Internet, and launch the game. The gift will arrive as an in-game message. When pressing the right button on D pad , the car is unresponsive or moves to right in an unexpected way as if the sensitivity is randomly changing. Long pressing the right button is changing the camera view. Tested with 2 wired controllers @vital radish

Fix your stupid broken ads🤦 . There are 3 situations:
- I press "watch ad" and black screen appears. Even without loading icon. And this black screen stays forever. My internet connection is good.
- Advertisement starts to show, but after 1-2 seconds game restarts itself.
3(the worst). I watch ad from start to end, close it, and nothing happens, I don't get reward, as if i didn't watch ad. I noticed than, when ads showing works properly, after closing ad in right bottom corner appears "syncing" with load icon, but when ads become broken, it doesn't appear.

You do know most reports in cheater reports are basically legit players with horrible connection? customer care is already being very disappointing recently, taking ages to reply + obviously automated responses

I will join this too, despite all statements that GL made, only things we got are:
- Almost every pro-level players on android got into cheateboard, delaying their progress and ruining experience
- Absolutely 0 protection from cheating in game, every platform has cheaters and android got the most, people simply acceleration hack like they are taking out groceries
2.1. Only thing which is protected is ingame currency with different encryption, so you can not scam GL while they are scamming you or cheaters making your MP experience very bad - Cheaters post hacked runs as legit(showing proofs of hacks), being reported 999 by respectful players but still have 0 consequence
- All LBs on any platform have cheaters which are usually not fully cleaned after event is ended, making efforts of putting the best time cost 0, cause every noob can simply turn on Cheat Engine and use Time Freeze and just walk away with it(picture)
- Absolutely disgusting replay mode which noobs/new players assume to be correct and they report legit players with "respawn hacks"(which is obviously desync) or other connection-related problems
Not to say that feedback from game team is 0, workers are blaming management staff for making bad choices and not giving any space to developers, which result in income less than games from 2015
Hope A9 team start to play more than 10 mins a day and will understand basis of the game too

Usually it's not accompanied by that rave-like strobo-effect, but it's happening anywhere in the game. In menu, in pre-race lobby, at the start of the race, at the end of the race, while switching between windows (mp, events, shop etc.) in menu. Usually when some action is performed by user or game itself (as you can see on footage)

According to them, they found no issues on their side so asked them to be specific and tell what was the reason of my ban. They can't be specific and probably all of my emails got autoreplied.
Also Ethans, I agree with what you have stated and I strongly believe that is also the case for me and TWL Slayer. I am placed in cheaterboard. After my unban I didn't play multiplayer for exactly 24 hours but still ain't out of it. I tried to play multiplayer in my potato daily driver and most of the time I wait too much and get hackers paired up with me. A legit player is suffering from all of those, and stop mentioning about your flawed anti-cheat system. It is incompetent, irrelevant, outdated, stupid, everything.

@unborn owl You can't sync or transfer data between different platforms. You can contact Customer Care for a ONE TIME PERMANENT TRANSFER of your account from one platform to another. This will migrate all your game info from Android to Windows & will delete your Android account once the migration is successfully done. It will also reset all rewards you received in Multiplayer, clubs, etc. If this is what you are referring to, use the in-game link to contact Customer Care. The process takes a couple of weeks to complete the migration and it is permanent-- once the migration is complete, it cannot be reversed.

So let's talk about lag. Lately my game has been lagging from day 1 of A9. And u may think because of my phone but it can play 2018 games at 60fps with ultra graphics no problem with no lag issues. Even PUBG has no issues on lag. But Asphalt 9 lag became sooo bad that I would freeze at random times for 2 seconds least to about 7 seconda most lag which can ruin my whole race.

I'm having my rep points freezes at 1200 and no more increase since the new season started. I played like 5+ races and suddenly I noticed that my rep is not increasing. @modern ember You can't. Cross platform is not possible in this game, so you cannot back up data on 2 different platforms. You can contact Customer Care to see if they can do a one time, PERMANENT migration from iOS to Android if you are going to be playing solely on Android now. this process cannot be reversed and all progress on iOS will be deleted and reset-- including club rewards-- since you will no longer be able to be in an iOS club once all your game information is migrated to Android.

Dear Deniss, I am in club TGL and my teammate win a top 10 position in the Senna SE last season. But I do not get the decal due to the leaderboard bug (I was placed on a seperated leaderboard with only 150 players). I have participated the ranking of the SE with a 5* Senna, and got the 25% rank. I have contacted the cc but they only reply me with "only those who paticipated get the decal", twice. Can you please help me with this issue? I have satisified all requirements to claim the decal but did not get it due a bug of this game. And the cc did not even read my emails and my sreenshot proofs. The ticket number is 19030299. There are plenty of people reporting hackers everyday, but I didn't noticed those cuckolds dissappearing from leaderboards, especially in Zenvo season.
Seriously you should be clearing it every 2 or 3 days. And since the situation is unbearable, you should be permanent banning without warning.
We are loosing points and fuel every day, just because of your lack of interest to solve this.
Also many people are leaving game or threatening by it.
And as far as I'm concerned, I'm waiting for release of Grid mobile and if this game would proof itself as equally entertaining and much more resistant to hackers, or at least its devteam actually taking care of it, I'll probably leave too. In spite of I'm (or I was) paying customer...

If you started on one platform & decided to buy an iOS device, you will then have 2 separate accounts of the game going & neither can link to the other. What you can do is like Nielon suggested & contact Customer Care for a one time permanent account migration from Android to iOS. This will delete everything you have done so far on iOS since it will be taking your garage, rep ,etc. from Android & transferring it to iOS. You will lose any club rewards you had in Android & your game data will be reset & deleted in Android once the migration is complete.

@meager iris first off, this isn't a customer service Discord server, so no one in this server would be able to assist you on this matter. Second, as her name implies, Dora is in charge of the NINTENDO SWITCH side of Asphalt 9, so unless you are playing on Switch, she can't really assist you all that much. From your own screenshots, Customer Care did reply to you and gave you an answer from their research of your account. Customer Care is the only department that can assist you.

New update, but I still have the same graphical issues as the previous updates, on EMUI 9.1. 😠 It's been happening on my Huawei P30 Lite since the update to EMUI 9.1, and the same happens on the Mate 10 Pro. The numbers on other racers flicker, the lights in tunnels and headlights on cars flicker. It's so annoying! This happens on ALL graphics settings, so even putting it in performance mode just makes the graphics grainy, with the same flickering. 😡 I've even posted a video of it happening on the forums, but nothing has been done about it.

They told me they would gift me the missing rewards but now they rolled back my progress for about 2 days and my garage went from level 17 to 16 and I lost tokens and some progress. Is there anything you can do? I already replied then but I am a little desperate here.

There is counter on the right: It's right number shows the amount of garage level worth which you have to collect to unlock the next garage level. The left number shows how much garage level worth you've already collected before you reach the next garage level.

Download the app gl tools pro
Adjust the settings to 60fps with max performance. With Vulkan as graphics rendering.
This should make the game run at 60fps smoothly with no lag.

My game keeps lagging and crashing randomly. Sometimes, I only play one race and the game crashes in the menu, stealing my fuel and tickets/rating. And sometimes it takes from two to five races to crash. Also, my game crashes mostly when I'm going through any variants of the U.S. Midwest track, even though crashes still happen anywhere. Hello devs, I've upgraded my phone's operating system from 9 to 10 but the option of tilt to street is vanished after the upgrade. I've tried couple of things like reinstalling the game, clear the cache but all negative, this was an official update from one plus so no chance of fake upgrade. Please help me finding the option tilt to steer because I'm hardcore manual and TD(Touch Drive) isn't my cup of tea.
