I've received multiple reports from club members that they are experiencing a lot of lagging since the update. Lagging to the point where they cannot play.

@warm goblet we are having lag issues since yesterday's update. I am sure my phone is not what is causing lag. I tagged you after a day after reading other's reviews. I use two phones Samsung Galaxy S8+ (G955F) and Samsung Galaxy S10e (G970F) and both the phones have the same issue.

Speaking of ads. They aren't loading for some reason ("...Connection is too low.").

Odd. I've watched ads like an hour ago for tripple gold.

I was banned 2times in 3days.

My clubs reputation points got affected so badly coz i dont really know how many ppl are still banned from scoring.

Our club was doing 50k per day average.

Gameloft is s'h'i't. You cant really expect any kinda compensation from Gameloft. They are no Epic Games.

Epic games offer compensation in the form of vbucks or they offer cosmetic items for free to everybody because of their small mistake or F up even if not everybody was affected.

Gameloft just cares about money. They dont give an F about gamers experience or feelings.

@wispy bloom If you are playing & not earning any points, that means you have been placed in Cheater Board. the anti-cheat algorithms apparently detected some type of anomaly while you were playing & flagged your account. It may be due to a 3rd party app running on your device, it may be an altered APK or other file detected or it may have just been a glitch by the anti-cheat system. Shut down your game for 24 hours. do not attempt to play any event that gives rewards-- especially MP races. then after the 24 hours, the anti-cheat system should release your account from CB.

Some people said that this error is happening because the ad player cannot find the video in the phone storage(or the right place that this specific video is saved in) aand getting CRASHED

I finally uninstalled this bs game from my android phone. Seriously ticked of today that even the credit race cant be done with 4* chiron with TD as 2 times in a row AI just push me off the cliff. Like the TD isnt nerfed enough that ai must be in these events to ruin even more of the game. Makes no sense to have king of the game car and with 4* it cant beat all the times in expert credit. Like the game. I just dont understand whats the deal with the events. @vital radishi have read your terms it said Gameloft has the right to suspend or terminate someone account that has violated the term but my club mate isn't a hacker neither does he use bots or any cheats he's a clean player unlike the many hackers the games has that still runs free.. also this issue was here before and it was claim to be fix so what can be done

Looking at the screenshot it's unity

Most of the crashes is happening with unity ads

Come to think of it every crash I get is from unity ads. I will monitor and save some logs

I dont know what to do. I keeping getting this message on World Series MP. When I find a match its only 1v1. But everything works fine on the other MP season. I can get reputation, so I'm not on CB. Customer Care only gives me standard answers (reinstall the game, switch network bla bla bla) and takes ages to reply. I'm afraid the season will end and it wont be fixed. Can anybody help me ?

I even tried downloading asphalt on another phone, with another network. Still no luck. So the problem is my account.
