Clash Matching Sandbagging, i.e. matching 400M with 750M+ club, any plans to address this? 1 LP player in our club against 10+ LP players in opponents. Try hard logic from the GL wont work people find loopholes to gain unfair advantage.

Most of our members don't have high end cars, but then we have to change teams if individual aspirations matter. But then, again segregation. . . Taking occasional breaks wont help -- Just fix the clash matchmaking logic and give something back to the players!

@pastel gale There's an issue with your servers. I have 1gbps to hub full fibre broadband with device S23 Ultra using between 700/800mbps download and 500mbps upload over wireless connection. I have stable network with 0 latency however your servers are declaring I have poor connection. The gameplay is erratic and glitchy but other more draining games play absolutely fine. Are tge servers being updated for Unite launch? Is the UK getting updated server farms dedicated to A9 Unite or will we have to continue using servers thousands of miles away that have known hardware degradation issues?

i have seen this and run tests to prove it. I sent them a possible solution to optimize the network demand for such good graphics. They asked me to restart my phone, router etc. I was out laughing.

In some of the MP games, i get even 6-7 red/orange network players. Also the opposite, where i can see that my network is bad, but the game results show me as green. The reason i brought up with GL has to originally do with how the time is calculated. In a perfect scenario with a good run of say 58 sec, you can clock 1-3 sec slower than usual with a bad network..Frame rate can go awful..and thats what was reported. To see this behaviour - Try using a stopwatch simultaneously while recording MP1, and see if you can spot the difference. I really hope one day GL dev can weigh in or maybe even @pastel gale @obtuse condor . Codin stopped responding to my queries : 😢

Thank you for flagging this. I thought I was the only one to have this issue, but it seems common. This wasn’t there before and started since this update. Those unskilled developers don’t test the update before rolling out. I have to use the Emulator or connect to VPN to access the game. This issue is not in the Emulator yet, I have a feeling it would be the next update. I have talked to almost useless people who can't solve problem apart from copying replies from given templates; namely Tony, Dennis, Olexandra, Sandra, Caecilia, Diana, Alexandra. They only say that the customer has a connection issue, rather than escalating the problem (#3030108).
I also complained about ads (also by a lot of players), as there is no cross button to close it. It is still not fixed.
If Asphalt 9 employees are not ashamed of what they do, fix the issue.

You mentioned 2 issues:

1. packs say X 3 ( i e. 3 cards ) where as you got only 1. This is already reported, and a fix is unlikely before Unite.
2. You mentioned "token" convert to "credit" - what u meant is "upgrade" cards are converted to trade coins. If that's the case, check how many import parts do u actually own. Yeah and GL.

Do you know/ are you aware if something will be done by A9 dev to address these. We recently recorded our game with fellow team mates in club races/ MP races etc...and was shocked to see how much annoyance desync issues have actually become. In particular, 2 players see completely different things on screen, player 1 may do a near miss on traffic where as in player2's screen, you can see that player1 hit the traffic ( parked cars ) and parked cars follow you and actually hits you LOL. Player2's car goes near player1's car,but player1 gets pushed out. All player2 sees is player1 slowing down, whereas for player1... player2 did an aggressive push. Which makes me even believe, it is not possible to KD when the connection is weak ( like every millisecond) until the desync is resolved whereas the "ghost" car ( of so called "weak" connection car ) can infact KD others.

These issues are unwanted and impact the game's enjoyment. If you do not have an answer, just give me a thumbs up to say you acknowledge it at least. I dont know if Unite will address these issues @pastel gale

Thanks for your response, please see if your team can come way with some creative way to reduce this annoyance. May be different graphic settings ( without breaking the spirit of A9 ) or nerf the "ghosted" state -- otherwise people with good connections are also taking a brunt. If that's how it works then that's a bummer considering a player has to play all those races so many times it's tiring and not fun in the slightest. I honestly feel that playing one whole showroom event once is a lot more than enough to completely max out a car. Please take this as a feedback.

@pastel gale and @muttley_a9 , i want to bring to your attention the incompetency from the A9 CC team. One of my club members despite being born/brought up in Malaysia. GL kept insisting his account is from China. There are many speakers in the world who are multilingual. No one from GL actually helped us to figure how to fix the issue rather said there is nothing that can be done. As a result, his account was disabled for over 1-2 months in his new phone.
He changed the language in-game to English and that helped him to get the account back. The level of support sometimes from CC is lacklustre. Wish things were a bit better.

Context - This member was playing A9 for a few years now and just changed the phone.
