It’s really great that Gameloft added the quick switch from touchdrive to manual (and vice versa) but I use a controller and no button on the pad can do the switch. Using the on screen button is cumbersome at best, as I have to take 1 hand off the controller. This often results in hitting a wall, wrecking etc. So please add this option to 1 of the controller buttons. The B button is listed a respawn but seemingly does nothing, so that would be an option. The Y button is another option as there’s also the right stick for that.

I have the same issue with ads. Especially the annoying Ad after loading the game can only be skipped by gamepad. In touchscreen mode, I have close the game via iOS task manager.

This started happening again 2-3 days ago , now each time I try to play , I’ll get one ad and then this , this morning I didn’t even get one and I just woke up from sleeping so I don’t know ;/ also ever since the update , the game makes my phone overheat so much that I get horrible frame drops on iPhone X , was never a problem before the Grand Prix update ( very nice to complete a Grand Prix with frame drops 😅) player id: 454d5f0

Sometimes on replays everything starts to disappear. It seems to only be noticeable on cinematic and free camera where it changes the angle suddenly. It does reappear when the car hits the ground though

i have no ads for car fuel or even tickets or x3 credits after races or ad packs. I have not exhausted the total per day of any of them as i have only refilled the AVJ a couple time and i have used no ads on tickets or ad packs

He’s on CB using a jb device. He gets rating on CB and when he stops playing, after 24h he comes back to regular LB (where he is top 1).
Everyone who gets to CB should get freezed acc for 1 month, no rewards, no play. Instead GL rewards them with top rewards while legit player suffer

There should be some misunderstanding, as we don't have any open problem with ads that last that long.

There is no reason at all to tag them in a post since they will not see it until Monday & there is nothing they can do about your problem. This is not a customer service server-- all game issues need to be sent to Customer Care- especially on the weekends when no A-Team personnel is available. Make a post here of the issue, following the instructions in the pinned posts. The team will see it Monday morning without having to tag them on the post.

@feral cedar That sounds like a possible age restriction on your account. You need to be 13+ in US or 16+ in EU Asia, etc to be able to edit your account. If you meet those age requirements you can contact Customer Care via the in-game link to have them look at your account & make corrections if needed.

First, it is the weekend-- CC doesn't work on the weekends or holidays. Second, on good day it takes CC an average of 3-5 business days to respond. With this worldwide lockdown going on & no one nowhere can report to their place of business to work-- it might take a couple days for CC to get to your ticket & process it.

Hey all, I have been having issues with playing multiplayer when I'm connected to WiFi. It almost always tells me to connect to a stable WiFi network, and sometimes connects too, but I always end up having a poor connection during the race and my race ends a lot later than crossing the finish line. However it works fine on cellular data. Any help please?

@little peak I suggest checking the ping for a WiFi connection if the ping will be more than 30 ms then check the router settings for your device and update and restart the router settings. Also, your operator may have a weak connection, so you should report it to the operator.

Really I get a bad word warning when no bad word was used lol you guys are a joke. @drifting latch @fringe lantern again I will ask why is this thread here ? Is it for legit issues like how game loft messed up and set my timer and others to reset in 24 hours? I get no replies in three days since I had issues. Epic store still not fixed, please offering only epic we need like before (sorry we are not enough stupid to buy a 10/15k TC for a car we have already gold for sell the part 100TC) ... and additionnaly upgrade epic sell price, 1000TC each loke before or 10% of the epic price (600 for D epic.... 1500 for S ones) and put back the asterion epic in store, not more available since 3 or 4 update.

I’m not sure where to post this issue concerning the giveaway but I am an iOS user at first when I was signing up ( I’m 16 btw ) I put in my birthdate and it said you must be 13 or over when it was set to January in 2004 I reset the page re put it in and it said nothing but it won’t let me sign up I had everything filled and all the buttons clicked

I’m in Hong Kong right now. The App Store is separated from mainland China. For mainland China there’re only the Chinese version of this game and no the original Asphalt 9. For Hong Kong there are only the original Asphalt 9 game and no Chinese version.

@halcyon siren The same has happened to me... a legitimate purchase was followed by a ban from MP and no points for accrued races. There was no acknowledgement or apology from Customer Support.

I've had several reasons during my time with A9 to contact Customer Support and they've never acknowledged or apologised when the fault is at their end.

I am a tap to steer driver, and these days tapping won’t be indicated. It has been getting very severe. I am sure it does not have an external cause such as a thick protection film, dust, etc because this happens in specific sections. I wasted a lot of tickets in Elite C Class because of this issue. And it is not just me who suffers from this bug, so I hope you get this fixed as quick as possible.

@drifting latch Many thanks for prompt reply. I can't speak for my fellow players, but from my own perspective the error is very intermittent. However, when it does occur, it's persistent. Usually, I'll give up waiting and return an hour or so later, by which time the issue has gone. There are no changes on my side (hardware, software) or any network performance issues between failure and success.

the verify command will ONLY work in #🪅・bot-commands . If you cannot access that channel, leave the server & rejoin. that will place you directly into verification & issue you the DM with the instructions & link. Verification process takes <2 minutes to complete & we give you 15 minutes to do it in.

@fringe lantern So the failed transaction error actually took the money. Spent an extra $20 on something that isn’t actually possible and it wasn’t even supposed to be $50. Just $10 (I’ve contacted cc but it still hasn’t gotten better)

I purchased 3 Big Hunter Packs for Apollo N and each time it just showed me the transaction failed with error code 0-0-2--8, but the apple store showed the payment is successful. My game id is c0e4ae6 and my ticket ID is 20469441. The Apollo N Hunter will be end at Friday, please help me and give me the contents of these packages.
