i think other clubs like fury and pro™ aren't that rep-intensive but they will kick you if you earn like 1,000 rep points a season. that being said, they and LU have clubs (LU IV and V) for inactive players.

RpM, ReV, Pro™ are mostly talent-based clubs. During applications, they will ask for videos of your best runs. If you have talent but are mostly inactive, they will still make room for you.

However, clubs like UNITY and even A9UF are more rep-based clubs. They won't ask for those videos...
