How does this weird glitch exist???? I can`t accelerate and sometimes cant break- Usually happens at beginning of a race or at the first race in general after I log in. after I reconnect my controller I can do both again but it doesnt help much when I fail the start because of this nasty glitch

So i tried to get help here, and someone recommend me to try microsoft version of it, then I tried, i remembered that i already installed the game a couple months ago on the microsoft version so my xbox was linked, because my xbox is the account that was linked, i want to switch to my steam account but can't proceed to do so because of needing customer support to do so and then i can link the other account but my steam problems isn't solved (just answered but i got a little too impatient) so i uninstalled the microsoft version of the game and tried to reinstall the steam version, and i ended up with the same thing

wait is asphalt 9 save data serversided on steam

there is literally no way to delete save data without deleting your steam account

game keeps saving even if i disable cloud save reinstall game reinstall steam delete all steam files folders download asphalt 9 from steamdb try to open it with wine instead of steam fails creating new steam account fails due to vpn not having split tunnel support so i need to buy 10 euro proton plus subscription to bypass steam issues to create account because without vpn its insecure to use steam and if i download asphalt 9 with appx package and run it from steam it loads same save file but there is no other way to run appx without having steam bc i use linux and there is no such thing called microsoft store and if i try to use windows and login in steam account there is no button to connect steam account and it becomes impossible to transfer save file from microsoft to steam account

so this means its serversided

except you cant create a steam account on free protonvpn bc steam doesnt allow creating steam accounts with vpn so to bypass this issue you need split tunneling and you need to have protonvpn plus to use that

if you want to watch ads, watch them on the microsoft store version

that way whenever you need ads you open the microsoft store version, watch them, and switch back to steam

itll get synced instantly

youll have to have asphalt 9 installed twice basically though
