So sorry this happens quite often to you. Do you usually play 5-6 player games? Could you clear the app cache?
And are you unable to get out yourself? If you close the game while stuck in that loop, then reopen it, the moment you are in the main menu, there should be an "x" next to the small window in the top middle of the screen. Are you able to click on that before loading back to the loading screen (if you are successful, you might need to restart the app once more)?

Yes, it happens often, and yes, I play the 5-6 player base game. I’ve cleared the cache several times and tried everything else too (logged in with a tablet, verified game files on Steam, etc.). When I try to exit using the X key, it usually doesn’t work. Not to mention the ELO points I lose in the process. Surely it must be possible for you to fix this bug at some point? Overall, it has already become much more stable, for example, when it comes to getting kicked out despite having a connection. It’s not the players’ job—who, by the way, have paid money to play—to make up for programming errors, is it?

Getting stuck in a game isn't really a connection problem, is it?
It happens quite often when a player loses their connection and the AI takes over—I haven't counted, but I think the AI steps in every time the game stuck.
But that's just a guess. 🙂

Guys, the last 5 games I join when I place my first village it disappears and doesn't allow me to place the road. After I refresh the page it cannot rejoin and just stays on this screen without rejoining. I'm irritated for the ELO points as well, but much more because I want to play a game and can't... Can you help me out?
