I get this error whenever I launch genshin impact and shadow pc shuts down

Last I checked I thought the game was incompatible with virtual machines and therefor Shadow.

Reach out to Shadow Support for confirmation on if that's still a thing and why that crash occurs.

last time I checked it was working on latest windows 11 version and Power tier, I don't think it works on others

no i used the windows 11 launcher from the microsoft website, then i used the hoyoplay launcher to install genshin
