Hello. I have experiencing this weird bsod issue only with genshin. Whenever i try to open the app, after a few seconds the shadow app closes and shows BSOD ATTEMPTED TO WRITE READ ONLY MEMORY. I have been using this pc to access genshin for months and this is first time, this has happened. I have tried reinstalling the game and have also tried to reset Shadow PC. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

You could try to go to event viewer and check the log for the bsod, see what driver is causing the crash. Or BlueScreenView. Should give you info on the crash

based on recent feedback it seems not to be the game itself, which was working but the launcher

Just a sidenote: I am using Shadow Power and the launcher as well as the game are working fine on Windows 11 and NVIDIA drivers v566.14.

On Power you can just upgrade to Win 11 from Win 10 - works without problems. Lower tiers than Power do not support Win 11.

tested a quick thing, game start but fails a bit later with an error code... it's the anticheat that must have been updated and fails on VM's now...
most likely best you can get now.... (Error : 31-4302 after this screen)
