Yes, it’s not an OVH datacentre so not as easy, and the one they use is currently in the process of changing over or something like that.

Well depends what your latency difference is to where you chose to connect to. Portland or Washington DC.

I have never seen my cpu on my laptop higher than 30% and you can play at max with amd ryzen 3100 with 4 cores. with proper gpu

Do you have dlss on? Cause at 1080p you’ll be rendering very low res.

Don’t advise dlss for 1080p unless you’re using like crazy RT

Well it’s not telling you. It’s saying what the cpu is doing what the gpu is doing and sim and mp/s not the full fps.

Okay so. “There’s no regular FPS anymore. CPU is how many fps your cpu is rendering and GPU is how many do’s your gpu is rendering. Actual fps is somewhere between those two values”

So no it’s not 55fps

You need to use a proper fps monitor overlay like rtx experience’s one

I haven’t had any major issues with performance editing 4K videos in Premiere before. That was 4K 10bit iPhone Filmic Pro 100bit files HDR. Premiere was on playback full.

That was on Boost 🙂

I’m on a Mac Mini M1 16gb using H265 and mbps is on about 15.

Just got my Power Upgrade done! Got to reinstall everything but...

First problem 😢 . It is no longer detecting my monitor properly. When I try to use the 'match monitor' setting it shows the correct resolution it should switch to... but fails to switch. Stuck on 1920x1080.

Can't set it manually... again max in the dropdown is 1920x1080.

This Windows install feels... really janky. Keeps sticking all the time, 😦 . Hopefully will get better after Windows Update gets done.

Yeah, no joy. Stuck at 1920x1080 on my 4k Ultrawide... no idea why as it worked fine before the Power Upgrade.

Installed latest NVidia drivers, Windows Updates and using the Shadow Beta client.

I can live with it running Shadow in windowed mode for now but hopefully it fixes itself or a bug fix is found soon.

Tried Shadow on my mobile, working great there. Correct resolution right off the bat, swapped back to my PC client... stuck at 1920 still.

Yeah, tried custom, 'auto match', setting the res lower and setting auto match or custom to try to jig it. No effect.

Same Beta client was working fine before the Power Upgrade so not sure why its not working now.

Could it be a bug between the beta client and the new hardware/data center or something?

Tried that, dosen't show options for above 1920x1080. I think there is a disconect between the client and the shadow box. Somewhere it's not telling the box the monitor specs properly.

Try the driver maybe. That's happened to me before. It had " generic monitor "

All updated. The client shows 'Unknown Monitor' now... it used to say 'HP x34'. Haven't a clue how to get the client to re-detect the monitor. Maybe that should be an option added to the client?
