How can you get power upgrade early access? in my dashboard today i've seen that there is a button to input the code. But some days ago, this button was not present.

it is and always has been a disadvantage to, say, a cloud service. but it's not bad because the you don't run into the limits

You cannot. You have to wait for release to see if any slots if don’t have a preorder. If none available then try restock in November.

Hey I'm sure this has been asked a lot but just wanted to check. The last email I received from Shadow was about changing my password for account migration and I did that. So does that mean I'll get access on the 26th? I never ordered ultra but I "expressed interest when available" but they haven't sent me any emails about reserving a spot or anything.

You needed to have filled in a form earlier in the year, got an email with a link to pre-order in September and a confirmation email a day later to get access on 26th

If someone who has gone through all that doesn't pay for their power upgrade before the 26th, theirs will be made available in the dashboard up for grabs but otherwise you'll have to wait for the November openings

Or if you're talking about getting early access, it should be pretty obvious that you're getting that so if it isn't, you'll just be on the regular power upgrade.

But as I said, they had me change my password for the power migration, and it was phrased as if my shadow vm was being migrated between friday and tuesday (last week or whenever it was that we received that email). So I'm just confused why I would need to wait for an "opening" when it was already implied that I was being migrated to power.

Some have slot reserved for Oct 26th (Power release date) indicated in their email. - as long as finalise the preorder - which isn’t live yet.

Some have priority for November restock if they didn’t preorder in time for release.

When preordering late September you had something asking if you were in a state connecting to Dallas, support are going to migrate those that want to be to a different location to get Power. Otherwise it’ll be early* 2023.

So would be worth opening a ticket with support to confirm your preorder status.

In my perspective the link doesn’t matter much, since Shadow is an European Company after all, as long, as the service is provided to them in the United States. But about the link having EN-US, it shouldn’t matter much

On that example you see my account as a French account with the EN-US sign.

I agree with you there. Communication is a key they need to improve. Even with the live-stream they did, this is my opinion and anyone can think differently or judge me in the ways they wish or so. But I know they mentioned emails - They could have gone probably a bit more in depth with it, the way they explained the way Early Access or all the emails we had to go through instead of a more depth explanation. I think it should have been better worked on.

The same with the forms that were provided on Discord, not everyone uses Discord or is on this Server. I personally haven’t been for many months, hell maybe it reached to more than a year.

But at the same time, you know people will complain anyways so it is always better to have small info to be ready to reply to those.

I did find an old reddit thread so it may be a reoccurrence of this issue - ‘On the Discord they have a notice saying that there are issues with sending the verification emails to (among others) hotmail/gmail accounts and that the solution is to change your email account. Sounds good in theory 🙂 as it needs to send a verification email to your "old" email to verify the change and that email never arrives due to the issue in general ‘

Since Riot uses a custom anti-cheat mechanism, this makes it nearly impossible to run on virtual machines, including cloud platforms.

Hey, after receiving my code to upgrade to shadow power, I went to the website to redeem my code, and I submitted my information, and pressed order. After pressing order it said an error has occurred at the bottom of my screen. So I tried to redo to it and the same thing happened. So after that I went to check my payment method. And there are two pending charges for $53.95 on my card from shadow. And still an error when trying to upgrade.
