[CLOSED] Salad Fork (trident) Shaper results are all over the place

Setup:

PCB rails for X, Y, and Z
Dragon Burner + G2SE
EBB36 + ADXL345
Plastic Boop
24V motors on all axes

Issues:
Prints look awful, likely due to vibrations or mechanical instability. Not sure if it’s the PCB rails or something else.

Possible Causes:

PCB rails flexing/resonating? Never used them before, could be causing issues.
Vibrations from idlers?

Input shaping not enough? Using ADXL345 but maybe it’s a hardware issue.
Checked:

Belt tension seems okay
No obvious loose parts
Running 24V motors so torque should be fine

Anyone with experience using PCB rails on Vorons? Could they be the problem? Open to any tips on diagnosing resonance, rigidity, or print artifacts.

U have square corner velocity set to 2 in your config

Change that to 5 please

The salad fork has been stripped apart

It’s awaiting new motor and a complete rebuild

I had underlying mechanical issues with it, it needed a rebuild, sorry to not have realised that before posting here
