I say base game and Nyakuza are pretty well balanced and aren't too difficult, they have a pretty nice learning curve too. Seal The Deal, on the fence. the additional levels? I think they are manageable but def harder than the usual base game, but the other part of the dlc? Yeah it's way too hard for consideration.

Even then I think there are some mods to make the game less difficult in some aspects

Valheim is pretty awesome considering how pretty much everything has usage or well effect. Even the simple stuff like smoke from campfires can fill the house and inflict damage due to well overtaking the air. Plus it's nice coop game to play around with friends and do goals, add in fact it got noticed by a bunch of content creators and so valheim got its glory, which I think it fully deserves.

It's a really fun game. Basically it means that I took no damage during the course of the game.
It's like Flawless Victory in XCOM, but for the whole campaign (of course the campaign is shorter).
