well - it's a shooter heavily inspired by fear in it's combat and enemies
but it's way more adjustible to your liking (so you can make it as easy or hard as you want), exploration is just a joy (instead of you trecking through the same looking grey warehouses and offices like in fear), it has a cool female protag, one hell of an artstyle and great OST
oh and it's not a horror game

like - this is the stuff that gives law enforcement ptsd in real life

It's rather simple like No man's sky. But has a very slight 'structural consideration' so you need a few 'foundation' pieces touching some sort of ground. Then you gotta farm a few currencies for base upkeep. But you can set permissions for who can and can't come in and use stuff. It's been entertaining

i tried playing lords of the fallen, and in the first area i keep going back and forth several times trying to find a way forward
turns out i passed a ladder that blends too well with the background

okay
now i had a firefight that genuinely made me sad
god enemies in this game have so much personality
i was on my way to the exit and got jumped by like four guys, more or less
i was feeling pretty confident, didn't panic at all
left a mobile turret in one place, took the other guy out and backed out to a safe position
there was this one dude that was screaming his lungs out like man doooown! and was crapping his pants every time anyone got hit
just constantly swearing and worrying about his buddies
i got that dude down and then his friend jumped out so obviously i reached for a shotgun which ripped him clean in half
and then (and i gotta put this under spoilers) ||the, uh... the top half of this dude started crawling back to his dead buddy - the one that was so worried about everyone else - leaving a trail of pink blood all the way||
||didn't make it - bled out next to his friend||
