This run was made so OP by exclusive access. I also had 20% strong drink, 10% pressure points, charged skewer, 40% wave pounding, and 75% hydraulic might. My special crits did crazy damage... I think around 2.8k or so, but I forgot to watch closely. My fully charged specials were doing 800 and something to hades.

Hades is reminiscent of many twin-stick shooters from the 90s and (as it's genre suggests) Rogue-like games.
It's less about being "good at games" and more about having had to do a lot of challenges that rely on anticipatory reactions (reactions when you know something will happen).
