First clear with the shield was with this build, which I'm pretty sure is an abomination. I'd written it off as an inevitable loss before I left Tartarus, and was just clearing prophecies... and then Hades bit it.

some things i would highly recommend you change:
dont get unhealthy fixation, unless you plan to purge it. it messes with bosses, and you mightve noticed dad acting funky when the effect wore off
use zeus on zeus shield special
dont use ares aid
priv status is good, but most prefer family favorite due to its consistency and early buff
dont use god's legacy unless you have a specific duo/legendary that is crucial to your build, like hunting blades or merciful end
also it is very impressive you managed to win with such a build, you should be ready for higher heats

it cancelling attacks is good, but it also makes the boss drunk afterwards
and since its a % chance, its never to be relied upon, so the cancelling doesnt balance out the drunkness in most cases
