For fishing personally, I exclusively use the flash but I have found the audio cue to be all I need as well if looking at the screen is distracting. The lure can only dip below the surface a max of three times, so if it does all three dips you know the very next inclination of motion is the catch and to reel in when you seen it. It will take some practice but you can do it.

you can, but it's not gonna work the same
if you've already picked up a boon from the god then you won't be guaranteed a "visit" from that god again next, but you should still get the boost to the boon rarity if you find them again
if, however, you haven't picked up the boon yet then it works just the same (seeing as you never actually used it)

It's annoying how im on controller and i try to collapse some pillars that are next to enemies with my spear special for example but it always targets the enemies on mouse and keyboard you can aim wherever you want but on controller the game always targets enemies

my boons are blade dash, then the enhanced blade rift, +114% special damage + inflicts weak, bronze skin (5% dmg reduction), then the spear enhancement which makes me unable to do spin but attack really quick if hold

Lots of weapons have an attack where you have to stand still and charge it... it's tough to get used to but it can hit really hard

I'm really new to the game ( I began yersteday) and I didn't look at builds yet, but I definitly love poseidon with the lance, just always knock and push back ennemies and attacking from a safe distance with he lance is quite an easy way to advance on the firsts runs quite easily , and mixed with ares, zeus or aphrodite it's quite a lot of damage
like spamming the poseidon dash (hermes gives more of them, that's cool), and attack and technic with ares or aphro
