@dusky galleon Try playing it safe and slow. One of the advantages of the rail is that the bomb can be aimed around and over obstacles

So it's a good weapon for patiently eliminating enemies from safe corners or keeping your distance from bosses and hitting them with big hits.

I usually will target the bull first. for fighting theseus i would keep a distance from him and when ever he attacks dash behind him and slap him until he dies. also for the second part of theseus i would attack him, run away, and attack him again over and over again

for all of the boss fights you just need to learn the attack patterns of the enemies

I've made it twice so far, both with OP ranged weapons - I'm pretty bad with most of the melee weapons, having a hard time seeing what's going on with the enemies (animation, direction they are facing)

Any tips to get better at that? Or is it mostly just "keep playing"

yea its mostly just keep playing

as you play youll learn animations and when to dodge

Staying at range mostly allows me to watch for projectiles (except bows and spears I guess, those are too fast)

also in melee I have a hard time dashing to the right place

btw I only tried the gun once, and I hated that reload is on R-stick, and I don't really have any other good place to put it - how do people deal with that?

You can also change the keybind for just those runs - I do that if I need to use special more often

but it was bugging me that I'd hold fire and it runs out after like 2 shots and does the jerking thing before I notice
