Think of it this way: if you roll 3 Artemis boons you find one time you’ll generate 9 extra roll results by the time a run is over. You’d need to find 3 whole extra Artemis rooms on the other side to make that difference up
That can be a bit of a tall order, finding 6 arty boon rooms total to make that difference up
Against just 3 rolling the way you are right now

It depends on how many death defiances you have. If you don't have any, reviving once with 100 health is better than starting off with 50 extra. If you have all 3, you have 50 bonus health plus an extra 25 every time you revive, for a bonus of 125 in total
You could do the math for how much health and death defiances you have, and maybe factor in a Centaur Heart or two if you usually get those
I think Lucky Tooth is better, since the Collar has to be equipped always to keep the health. With the tooth, you can equip it only when you're going to need it.

I haven’t unlocked even close to all the keepsakes, I do like the consistency of the offensive/boon boosts so far though. The plume is nice as well since whatever the limit for clearing rooms ‘quickly’ is it seems pretty lenient

More specifically especially avoid getting boiling blooded,know that you can dodge over the skull mega waves if you couldnt kill em in time, if you see him preping his wide swing attack just double dodge out of range and come back in||

sounds weird but dont end your attack combo since you have a delay between it. dash in between (athena maybe the safest) and attack again. very safe. if timed correctly you should not get hit often

To put it in a sentence for you: You can get killed much easier than you can kill things in this game. Particularly bosses. That means that games like these prioritize not “defense” per se, but not getting hit
Your dash, and having 2 of them, is your strongest defensive tool in this game, and will be for your whole time through it
If you feel like you’re dying, well that’s because you’ve eaten too much damage isn’t it? It’s a 1+1=2 thing, it’s so obvious to say it sounds silly but it’s true

Honestly every curse but Artemis can work great with PS
some take longer to set up than others but all are at least serviceable, if not outright fantastic
The “worst” is ares and it’s hard to call doom “bad” because it expires quickly
Plus there’s impending doom to fix that, which should always be a priority when ares is in play anyway

It goes away so quickly that PS isn’t up more often

And that’s why you switch to Family Favorites for Artemis builds and largely leave P. Status on for everything else
