Regarding that:
||You need to learn dodge his swipes, there is really nothing much to say here except practice.
As for his laser, at first he will fire 3 beams. The beams have a terrible turn rate so you can outrun it. Best practice is to get behind Hades when he starts spinning his spear. This way you can attack him while he slowly turns his laser.
As for the later part where he fires an omni beam, hug him. There is a safe space in the middle of Hades. Dash on top and stay there if you can't hide behind a rock fast enough. You can also attack him during this time of course.
Other than that, remember to lodge at least one cast stone to him at all time, this increases your dps and ends the fight faster.
As for the skull explosions, I actually tend to let them explode in the second phase because they clear out the pots and make life easier. Your mileage may vary though.||

No worry, took me 20 hours and 40 attempts to get out. Now I'm not the best but at least I can do streaks on a high difficulty which is decent ig. Practice matters, as long as you are enjoying the game.

I am not sure if this is the right channel to post but I still consider myself as a new player and post it ... I am starting to like the rail gun || especially it's hazard bomb boon upgrade or whatever. I went till Hades twice and both the time it was using this gun. But the sewers and Hades area is so small that using hazard bomb becomes very difficult since it is slow to drop and even we take damage. Any suggestions or inputs ? ||

Some strong early game recommendations:
Sisyphus keepsake (Shattered Shackle) will give you some extra power until you get a build going
Cerberus keepsake (Old Spiked Collar) will give you some extra health
Skelly keepsake (Lucky Tooth) will give you a free death defiance
The god keepsake of your choice will help you get your build going sooner as well if you know what you're trying to get
