Well, then perhaps you're just not doing enough damage in general. Remember that just mashing the attack button is often the least effective DPS you can get, you really need to combine your whole arsenal plus boons to squeeze out the necessary damage to get through bosses

I also took way more attempts to do a3 than a4 boss but now a3 is a breeze
just fight behind pillars, the minotaur attacks in 3 swings and the 3rd swing always targets where you are, so dodge the first 2 > dps him > move out the way of the 3rd attack
just concentrate on doing that and avoiding spear shots when you need to, and then save your call for the other guy

@harsh leaf I put some blood into the 3rd spear and 3rd fist aspects so my damage is through the roof now, the ball goes down in about 8-12 seconds every time now.
All I would say to anyone is use the athena boon to start and prioritize deflect on dash, deflect on dash is by far the most crutch aspect for me because I have only done 35ish runs so am not great at avoiding stuff

Soul Catcher miniboss can be annoying but usually isn't that dangerous. Make sure you aren't overrun by the souls, so thin them out but it's not a big deal if one or two spawn fully.
Otherwise butterfly ball is priority.
Also if you can make sure the one between the entrance and the position where the ball starts doesn't respawn.
That one spawns a Greatshield and they are terribly annoying.

soul catchers are the worst and the only way i deal with them is focusing on them first and dashing away from the butterflies

Plus you can buy it from Styx (either diamond for 1000 or blood for 1200)
Or trade:
50 gems > 5 keys > 1 nectar
20 nectar > 2 diamonds > 1 ambrosia > 1 blood

Trading Ambrosia for blood early isn't a good idea tho. You'll need it for things.

After your first win, everything is easy to recover with just doing a bunch of runs whether successful or not.
Also, keep an eye on the special trade (the bottom one you can only do once each run) because it changes each time and can be REALLY good deals.
Just make sure not to trade to receive darkness, and don’t trade more valuable items for less valuable items

Cool thanks, so || I fought Hades for the first time, I lost of course but I was excited to see new dialog from npcs cause of how big a deal it has to be, within the House and all, for Hades to just straight up LEAVE.
