they changed the aspect on aegis too from damage reduction to additional damage. I maxed it out as my first aspect and it helps, but not as impactful as i'd hoped it would be. It just says '15' additional damage, but when I was testing against skelly the number only went from 20-30

Hello! I just got the game a few days ago and have not been able to put it down! I'm currently trying to get all the books for each God unlocked and all the weapon upgrade things from the hammer ... But I'm a bit confused on a few things - I've never seen thanatos and I've done quite a few runs (idk how to check total number but I'd say not than 30 since I'm at 60+ damage resistance) so I'd live to know how to unlock him - I'd also love pointers on how to get more diamonds? You need alot of them for the contractor but like only get one from the hydra for each weapon? So where else can I get them? Also I've never been able to get far into the last area and the third area usually kicks my butt 🤣

it's +5 dmg per consecutive hit on an enemy (maxes out at +25, or +30 if you have +60% dash strike, add a dash strike at the end of your combo hammer) so single hitting mobs doesn't really do anything for that hammer

But if you narrowly want to make sure you get more run-specific upgrades, then sure, Foresight is better - that's what it's for.

Depends a bit on the aspect I'm running and the build I'm gunning for, but both attack and special tend to have a fairly decent base damage, so I tend to use more %-based gods with the spear. Arty or Aphro or something like that.
