Ambrosia has a limitless supply via Wretched Broker or Fishing

technically you can get an infinite amount of each with the broker but it'd take lots of farming
also i recommend you don't trade ambrosia for titan blood, you need a LOT of ambrosia late game

for the lire, just interact with it every time you pass through your room. it takes MANY runs to finish it
for orphy and the girl just fill up both their hearts as much as you can then talk with them at any opportunity you get. you'll get it eventually

Megaera is usually pretty telegraphed. Try to always keep a dash so that when she flies upward to do her big circular aoe, you can get out of range

That’s less on the innate offensive abilities of divine dash and more just due to the deflecting at the same time as your dash strikes

Divine dash does help quite a bit w/ dashing around, particularly in projectile heavy rooms & fights

Spear strikes & dash-strikes are quick & on the lower base damage side so flat damage works a bit better
