There really isn’t a single weapon/aspect where it’s a good idea to be a stationary anything tbh
achilles in particular is a bit more aggresive about being up in enemies faces than the rest of the spears though, since it removes the good spear special hammers and replaces it with a movement -> damage buff
dash strike, look for flurry jab (or serrated point, the less cool younger brother)
remember that achilles boosts your next 4 attacks and casts
So some easy ways to build it are artemis strike (get crit on your +50-150% strikes) and then slicing shot from ares for big damage with hunting blades, or instead opt for lightning strike from zeus & phalanx shot from athena

The main genre is roguelike! A game that is repeated over and over basically, and every run you keep part of what you find to progress the meta stuff that makes you stonger till you finally reach the end of the run. Still, Hades deviates a bit from the usual roguelike.
I'm not very familiar with roguelikes, but I believe Binding of Isaac is one, for example

the pillars are your friend with theseus’s spear, dodge to the side or through asterius’s attacks and focus him down, when it’s just theseus the best time to hit him is after the spear throw and while he does the god call at 50% as he doesn’t use the shield while that’s going
if you’re feeling silly you can bait him into spinning, dodge through the spin, smack him in the back to bait another spin, and rinse/repeat
and just pray he doesn’t call demeter

I made it to redacted's ||second phase|| but I got cooked because I couldn't dodge all the pots and the waves, even though I was playing as safe as possible and only damaging with achilles Q in dire situations and the crystals otherwise, constantly kiting him around the arena and casting the crystals whenever they were avaliable. I've used diamonds on house contractor stuff (holding onto 2 for administrative access which I heard is good) and will use titan blood on unlocking the aspects before investing in a specific weapon but I'm at a loss for what to do after that

that's going to depend on your aspect/weapon and the build you're shooting for on it
lighting strike is going to work a lot more effectively on rail where it shoots way fast for low damage compared to bow where your shoots are more spaced out for higher damage
general formula of: if it hits slow but heavy, use +% gods (aphro is typically the highest, then dem and athena, then arte, forget pos)
if it's faster but less damage per hit, use flat damage (dionysus, ares, zeus)
flat damage was in no partiuclar order
what you want from there really depends on what you took first
and some weapons/aspects have multiple effective ways to build them

so lightnibg strike wins out due to the added boost to every hit, the added aoe to your strike, the potential for static discharge usage, and the odds that chain lightning hits one of your bombs causing them to explode

Concentrated beam is a good luci hammer sheerly due to the fact that it increases your odds at finding triple bomb that much. More
