if you mean that for example if you have Zeus boon on attack and then do a dash attack if that triggers the Zeus boon as well then yes

dash-attack is like a subset of an attack, so anything that increases attack increases dash attack as well, but if something increases just dash attack then it doesn't affect normal attacks
