I'll take Point-Blank over Perfect Shot any time.
Especially on Hera where Perfect Shot will remove Flurry Shot from the pool.
But just generally, if you play aggressive on bow, nearly all of your shots will be in point-blank range, but then you won't need to power-shoot to get the bonus, which can save some time.
I guess you could say for other bows, Perfect Shot means better chances to get Twin or Triple later.
Hmm actually no, because point-blank removes Sniper Shot.
Anyway, there's likely an optimal choice for speedruns there, but it probably won't even matter too much. Just take what fits your playstyle better or what you wanna practice more.

Ares is a flat damage god, you usually pair him with fast attacking weapons, like the Fists attack for example, you can make him stronger by using Merciful End but it’s a bit inconsistent especially without a maxed mirror. Aphrodite is the opposite, she gives you a % boost so you want to use her on slower/ higher base damage attacks such as Bow attack/Hestia atk etc, she also applies weak which helps you survive.

about the only tip i have is more of a general tip for boss and mini boss fights.
take your time, watch for openings, deal a little damage then get out and stay away till you get another opening. over time you will learn the attack patterns and will get better at knowing when you should and shouldnt try to do damaage

Refreshing Nectar is the best option 9/10 times, more than that probably, primarily for better rarity on upcoming boons from Lord Hermes and better chances for duo/legendary. Also because it lets you choose the boon. Gets better value when you have Fated Persuasion (mirror talent) later on to reroll boon choices you're offered.
Ambrosia Delight is for very niche situations when you have only a few boons (for high chance it hits them) that also happen to benefit a lot from rarity upgrade (e.g., Greatest Reflex from Lord Hermes).
Pom Porridge is for when you have like 4-5 boons that all benefit a whole lot from poms while your most important DPS source doesn't have enough poms yet, something like that. Also pretty rare but more common than use cases for Ambrosia Delight.
Basically, pick Refreshing Nectar unless you can think of an excellent reason for another option for your build.

Things that should help with that. Higher max hp so fountains heal more. The strong drink boon from dionysus. Cthonic vitality from the mirror will help slowly heal you up in the ez rooms of the next region

spear: Tidal Dash start > Lightning Strike > Static Discharge. Poms on Tidal Dash and on Static Discharge
fists: Curse of Agony > Divine Flourish > Merciful End + Divine Dash. Also look for Impending Doom after you got Merciful End. Poms on Curse of Agony and on Impending Doom.
Best hammer for spear is Flurry Jab. Best hammer for fists is Breaching Cross.

Probably a good idea to learn where they are (it’s always the same spot(s) for the same room layouts) because the poison definitely hurts

Tidal Dash (especially with Breaking Wave) is very helpful in Styx
Tiny rooms so the knockback will knock things into walls easily and that’s free damage

Not really, if I'm being honest not everyone plays the same so there isn't always a strategy to these things see what works best with you and if that's divine dash then so be it you can put on Athena's keepsake and try to force divine dash

Depends on aspect but generally twin shot or triple shot, and perfect shot or point blank shot
For Chiron instead it’s relentless volley and concentrated volley
Athena dash is good but Poseidon dash is also good because it helps with Styx tunnels

You just have to be ready to dash twice

you dont necessarily need to dash outside the circle
dash has invincibility frames so if you're good with your timing you can just avoid the attack that way
the important thing to note is that while regular dashes have invincibility frames, dash attacks do not
so if you're trying to dodge you can't press the attack button
if you do, your dash invincibility instantly ends and you will probably get hit
