hello all, i (like many many people all over the internet) is here to complain about ||unlocking Hypnos' favor||. After many google searches, all that is clear is that it involves a lot of conversations between ||Hypnos and Thanatos||, possibly one or two between ||Hypnos and Dusa||, and a conversation between ||Hypnos and Hades||. I've listened in on a bunch of conversations between ||Hypnos and Thanatos||. I heard the one between ||Hypnos and Dusa|| where ||she compliments him on staying on top of his tasks|| and the very last conversation I've heard is between ||Hypnos and Hades|| where he does the same. My questions is... how far along am I? How many conversations are left? Is there one between ||me and Thanatos|| left or one between ||me and Hypnos|| left. I have to assume at least one of the latter is left. Story wise, I think I've wrung the game dry. Credits, epilogue. Miscellaneous sub-plots like ||Dusa briefly getting fired|| and ||Asterius and Theseus having friend arguments|| . I only have ||one companion upgrade||, weapon aspect upgrades, and some furniture to buy, so there's not much left. Am I close to getting that final conversation that unlocks it?

Fishing spots can be found in any region but they are random so you don't know where they will spawn but they're usually accompanied with a chime sound (I think) and some dialogue from Zag suggesting that he could go fishing there.

Shoutouts to Gita Jackson at Waypoint for crystallizing this for me, but it's blowing me away how much the theme of this game snuck up on me. Everything is about repairing relationships. ||Zagreus tries to escape from hell by literally just leaving, and it's impossible. The actual way to escape from hell is to care about people and turn it into a nice and welcoming place. Just like real life, I guess.|| Blown away.

For some weapons, it already shows that the bounties were collected at higher heat levels that I have previously not gone to before

For others, when I go to higher heat levels, all the bounties show a '?' symbol

Does it matter if the weapon I used hasnt beaten endboss yet

you get bounties per weapon per heat level per clear

so if you have only cleared with shield with 1 heat you can either clear with another weapon on heat 1 or shield with 2 heat

the questionmarks mean you havent yet gotten the bounty

if you have the bounty with checkmark, it means you got the bounty and cant get it a second time trying to clear that boss

I know game version of Hades is a bit different to mythology Hades but in the myths there was a rivalry between Poseidon and Hades when Zeus was trying to decide who will rule over the sea and who will rule over the underworld.

I like this interpretation, Hades is not evil or such, but very sour about how he had to bear several burdens on his shoulders.

after having made my first escape and finally unlocking the last two talents in the Mirror of Night, I feel as if I came to a halt ever since I first made it to the surface, subsequently having Demeter's blessing bestowed upon me

I have yet to be deemed worthy of wielding any weapons other than the initial set of four but I don't necessarily want to spoil the fun and have a look at a guide. therefore, I appreciate any pointers as vague as possible to progress further

I think the Rama bow is my favourite weapon - its base damage is so high, that if you couple it with all the right upgrades/boons, you can easily deal upwards of 2000 damage per shot

Second favourite is Guan-Yu - it's a bit weird, but I like it a lot with its high continuous damage and lifesteal

it's not that much lifesteal: only 1 HP per hit with its spinning slash, but it adds up a lot over time giving you pretty good survivability despite the massive HP penalty
