Marked target is a huge force multiplier for artemis in general
It, Pressure points, and support fire are the Never Stop Critting holy trinity
MT massively increases your total odds of landing a crit over the course of a room
Even at common rarity, it cannot be overstated how much it supercharges your crit % because of the way it bounces back and forth across a room
And PP and support fire complete the trifecta with lots of little damage that has a low chance to crit and start the reaction over again at any time
