I do enjoy rama, and have had some pretty quick runs, at least for me, with it. The shared suffering deal is pretty great for dealing with groups of enemies, especially if you want to apply a status effect really quickly

make sure to apply shared suffering when possible because it also makes the enemy you hit take more damage

It's complex but the inputs (summons, casts...) you make before entering a room increment a "rng count". Each reward will be the same if you can stay on route with the right count. Giving up does not reset the seed so you explore until you get the right boon, get the same rng count etc

As a perspective check, even knowing where to find that information places you leagues above the majority of the playerbase that information like that would help. Myself too for even sitting down and wanting to ask more formal questions like this. That’s who I would want to help with the information that’s kept so locally and not really written down many places right now
