They probably aren't the most viable, but there's something about Zeus+Posseidon combos that makes them so damn fun. I had a Fists run with Zeus attack, Posseidon dash, jolted, ruptured, and Artemis's Support Fire (+2 extra dashes from Hermes). When you spam dash attack with that, the screen becomes so covered in effects that you can't even see your character 🙂 Which isn't a problem, because anything in your general vicinity just melts

i think my best run with zeus+posideon was with eris rail, triple rockets, posideon attack + special with sea storm, dionysus cast with festive fog lightning bolts(and 3 gems), zeus dash, and double lightning

Serious answer, Zag fists for that sweet, sweet dodge. Pair with the Plume for maximum effect.

The first 3 fist aspects are very well balanced and on par with each other, and are all good for specific things. I use Talos for fast runs specifically for speedy room clears (magna cutter into fists just cleans up those little weak enemies). I use Demeter for heavy runs and chunky damage, and Zag for very safe and consistant runs.

Oh, where was that chaos shield comment?

Bull rush straight through enemies, and then throw your shields backwards into crowds. For max effect, get Ares, Zeus, or Dio on special, and probably Aphro on attack, but just about anything works.

The DPS is a little low for Chaos, but your crowd clear should be very good.

It’s quite good. Mostly bc it’s boost dash strike dmg and if you play fists correctly you do A LOT of dash strikes. You sometimes utilize the fact that it gets added to your attack sequence but often you don’t get to stand still that long. Imo.

arthur gets a lot of love yeah and rightly so

you have to get spear/guan yu first but otherwise you can pick and choose which you unlock

you can unlock hidden aspects in any order by allotting 5 titan blood in any non-zagreus aspect (ex. 2 for chiron, 3 for hera) then play until you get the waking-phrase from the specific character

arthur is slower but the holy aura gives you 40% damage resist

it hits real hard and has range to boot as well

Wait. The 5 titan bloods to unlock the hidden aspect must be spent on non-Zag aspects? I read that somewhere but it's not mentioned in some sources like the reddit guide and the Wiki

I only got my first clear yesterday so I am very short on titan blood. And my clear happened only on my 45 run. I am pretty bad at this game

but i tried upgrading the zagreus aspect for the fists to get gilgamesh but when i encountered asterius he didn't give me the phrase

that's pretty normal, it's almost the same case for me

dude that's the most satisfying thing, insta fog cast with lightning and chill

you don't have to compare your progress with anyone else, and just because they won at an earlier time doesn't mean your first win is bad or anything

80% damage reduction is a TON of fun

quite relaxing
