Pom upgrades tend to reach their floor around Lv.4.
Getting only the minimum from an upgrade can still be decent enough though if it pushes you over the edge to hit damage breakpoints for any enemies. If it doesn't, it might as well do nothing.

From my Chiron clear with the duo, everything I deflected came back to Hades but none of them were critical so that probably means that the dmg you can reflect doesn't have the 20% crit buff into consideration yet
I can't say much more from my footage, my run has deflect on both dash and atk but it's not really convenient to attack while Hades wants to strike me as well so I don't have anything similar to your question

You can start with Tidal Dash/ Deadly Strike and look for a cast to complement it like Slicing Shot -> Hunting Blades or Crystal Beam -> Crystal Clarity, other casts work well too because Achilles' buff is massive, you really want Flurry Jab from your hammer, aside from that just wing it, good dps calls are nice, Zeus Dio mainly, defensive Dash would be Divine Dash, your Special boon doesnt matter too much, use it to open Duos, and keep refreshing your buff, remember it lasts for the next 4 attacks/casts

You can use a Keepsake to force a god of your choice as the first boon, that's usually how you start your run, you can reset if they dont give you what you want, it depends really, you can experiment with random things when starting out so I wouldnt recommend resetting too hard

so if the room needs to spawn in a 1000 difficulty value, it might spawn 20 unarmored swords or 10 armored swords

Elites have different attacks but their AI is generally the same as their non-elite counterpart, pretty sure. I think only some superelites have different AI, e.g. Superelite Witches are a lot more evasive; but that might just be the same AI with faster movement speed and less delay between actions.

If you're aiming for clearing in 10 minutes or less or anything like that, Excalibur is one of the worst aspects in the game for that tbh.
You have to be very hyper-aggressive and also very precise with your Dash-Strikes when playing Nemesis in order to get the most out of it. But if you tried to do the same with Excalibur, you'd be way slower generally.

I don't think Alecto is a problem for Nemesis, that's just a matter of learning the fight. She actually gives you enough room that you can attack pretty much constantly.

Might be mixing it up, yeah, I haven't played in a couple months and I don't really think during the fights anymore, it's just instinct at some point. But you pretty much you just get better at handling it. Plus she should only be enraged during the very last phase, so you just kill her asap before she kills you, and then you move on.
If you lose a DD during that, it's whatever.
I'd say as you get better, you learn to do the fight without losing DDs, then how to do the fight fast, then how to do the fight fast without losing DDs... and then how to do the fight the fastest regardless of whether you're losing a DD in the process or not.

Some boons and aspects are much better than others sure.
But every weapon has a good aspect and every god is useful in some builds.
Each weapon feels unique and the boon mechanics match the gods' aesthetics.
There must be some on-point game design, maths, and testing behind all this.

I had put hours and hours into that game. It was my favorite for years. And. After playing transistor and. Not liking it much. I joined playing hades about a year ago, when the game was well released. But. I loved it. It genuinely made a somewhat emotionless me cry. But. Aside from that. I wanted to know if supergiant had any plans on expanding on the game. Something to continue on the story of zagreus and his family. Or if I just missed something and never heard that something is in the works.

There hasn't been any official word, but we are approaching two years since the full release of the game later this year and the giants have not really done anything with the game beyond post-launch fixes, so at this point it's a really good chance they are working on another project. we don't know what they're working on at current, but their track record tends to be three years between each game so maybe there will be some news at the end of the year or next year as to what they're up to.

It’s not one of those things that’s written in stone like, “We will never make DLC!” It’s just not yet made sense for us to do since the Bastion one-off, which was something we experimented with at the time. Today, that would have been a patch.
I think a big part of it is that we’re so committed to the endings of our games and to paying off the player’s time if they get all the way to the end. We’ve put in all of our best ideas in the thing we’ve shipped and we’ve set out with a goal of making a complete experience. So to make DLC on something that, by our own definition, is complete, something about that has felt off. It’s like you’re contriving stuff. If it was so important, why wasn’t it there in the 1.0 version? That’s a very broad statement about it.
In the particular case of Hades, it’s also a game with a lot of intricately connected parts in a story and everything. It may sound straightforward to dump in new Boons, gods, or weapons, but it would have a massive impact across all aspects of the game.
Due to the nature of the Early Access development, from our perspective, we did a whole bunch of updates. It’s just only Early Access players who experience a game that way. We even had unique content in Early Access that we never intended to ship in the 1.0 version that was self-aware about the nature of Early Access.
We did that for three years. And we gave it everything we had and thankfully it got this amazing response. We weren’t eager to then go and start messing with it. It doesn’t rule anything out by any means. We really appreciate that there’s interest and that players want more. But also that there is so much understanding in our community as well. Folks point out that it isn’t our style and they’ll give us a break.
Yeah. I know that it's unlikely but. I'm holding out hope. I really really would love to see it expanded upon in. Literally any way.

i would do 1, 2,3… until it becomes easy, as the earlier heats are very similar
then push it to like 10,15,18
and then like 22,25 once u get use to the _teens
it also depends what weapon ur using
like for hestia i jumped from 10 to 32 right away, while for achilles i had to do 18/25 before 32

I think they're TD2-3, FO1(-2), MM, BP1, UC, EM1-3
if you're looking for just the easiest conditions and not the most valuable heat then EM1, TD1, UC, MM are good introductory conditions
