like the first one is always athena, the second is always zeus i believe, and then with poseidon the game makes you take legendary catch

To be fair you won't have a use for it until you knock out a lot of nectar, so in your early state I'd take that trade.

When you first start out, stubborn can be more useful as you get more accustomed to the game's combat/boon system.

Since it gives you a 30% health bar every chamber vs. 50% three times per escape attempt.

Well there is more depth to the aspect, especially if you have Tidal Dash, which you should, you use your dash to deal damage to enemies aswell as cancel those reload animations because they're too long, you also use your Special every other shot while also cancelling the reload animation, even better if you have Rocket Bomb

but if you're starting out, which i'm assuming you are, there is no harm in just trying out stuff. i found the experimentation in the beginning very fun and trying to play "optimally" from your first run just ruins that enjoyment for me

It’s a endgame player thing to do after you’ve beaten hades at least 5-6 times I think. Don’t start grinding gemstones until you’ve beaten him that amount of times and have unlocked all weapons.

For the house contractor it can be very….”grindy”

But there’s a strat that I found that can get you 600-800 gemstones per run
