That makes them versatile, but perhaps not as powerful as a fully stacked demeter special

Plume only helps evasion, which keeps you alive and let's you oraoraora bosses to death with less damage to the face

It can make a difference to try to fill in the attack, cast, special and dash boon slots, and opening up more duos than necessary isn't ideal, but there isn't all that much you can do to optimize the RNG, really
