I think RTA is a lot less frustrating than IGT because free rooms aren't as free, so it's a little more consistent. But you need to know your build theory very well to be able to just flowchart decisions.

m thinking IGT focus might be better early on for practice because you can pause and think things through when you have to make decisions when you're still learning the build. Also for things like learning spawn manipulation.

If you focus on just the rooms that you notice you lose a lot of time in, you can save a lot of time just learning the strategies from that guide.

This one is a good example where you can waste a lot of time.
You enter from the left, pass orange killing everything there, then get to the red area and stay very close to the traps at the bottom.
If you don't do that, enemies will often spawn near the entrance area and you waste time having to backtrack.

I did 5 attempts. 3 were 16 minutes and X seconds, 2 were 18 minutes and X seconds due to lacking smouldering air until late into the run/not getting it.

Demeter Aspect. Lightning Strike start. With EM3 TD3. It's practice for 32 Heat.

I guess the first thing is your first priority with Lightning Strike start isn't Smair but getting Static Discharge. Like, the whole idea of Lightning Strike start is always to get Lightning Strike + Static Discharge asap and then poms on the latter. And before you get it, you maybe put 1-2 poms on Attack especially if it's common, but it's not as important.
Breaching Cross and either Explosive Upper or Kinetic Launcher are also very important. Breaching Cross being #1.
If you don't get any of those three, you'll just have to cope. The other Special hammers are not really worth it, so you usually just grab something for Attack.
You'll want a decent % Special, which means Heartbreak Flourish or Deadly Flourish ideally. But a high rarity Frost or Divine Flourish is also fine.

Heartbreak Flourish has ideas for Smair and Sweet Surrender to scale your damage. Deadly Flourish has Hunter's Mark (+Pressure Points), Support Fire, maybe Lightning Rod and Hunter Dash. Frost Flourish has Killing Freeze, Ravenous Will maybe Cold Fusion. Divine Flourish has mainly just Lightning Phalanx maybe, and Divine Dash to let you be a lot more aggressive. Brilliant Riposte can be okay if you have Divine Dash.
A good rule of thumb for first Lord Hermes boon is rare+ Greatest Reflex > Hyper Sprint > common Greatest Reflex > reroll. Greater Haste maybe the best cope pick because it unlocks Rush Delivery. Swift Strike, Greater Evasion, and Side Hustle can be okay, too. Second Wind if you have a Call (won't unlock Rush Delivery, though).
Anything else you might as well purge pretty much.
Well I guess if you're running Stygian Soul, then Auto Reload is an okay pick because it unlocks Bad News.
For Elysium and on, you usually wanna run Sigil of the Dad for DPS unless you have Smair.

Hades on switch have cross-saves. So you could continue your gameplay.
Hard to tell you if it's better deal than Nintendo games as I don't play them. I got Switch for Indie games, mostly. Metroid Dread is great.
Hades also plays 720p on both portable and docked mode. At 60fps. So the performance is great.

Hey Folks. Any recomendations for heat 45 pact of punishment? Took a bit of break from pushing, but finally done with Heat 40.
My choice for 40 was pretty wild 🤔 with Guan Yu though fun, but was thinking of trying 45 with either zeus shield or poseidon blade just really not sure about pact.

TD3 is kind of a must for 45
You can totally keep EM4 but JS0 CP0 is very much recommended
CP2 EM4 is a total pain and takes a lot of time

So imagine the line goes the same way as if yoy drew a line through zags shoulders
