well ideally, by the time you hit that 20 heat bounty, you would've practiced at least one of the spicier pacts like EM3, FO2, or the pacts that add stuff to armored enemies/minibosses
so those 12 extra heat hopefully only adds just a bit more spice to something that you're hopefully already somewhat used to

the only real thing to watch out for is that if you combine EM3 with something like FO2, you might have to play less aggressive than you're used to in the standard champion fight

but yeah, the biggest challenge in EM3 on FO2 is trying to get attacks in when there are way fewer openings than what you're used to in the standard fight
in standard fight it's like: theseus throws spear, turns his back on you like a dingus, you get free attacks in, repeat
and then when you get delta strike, it's like "hey now they're both grouped up to make it even easier to land AoE attacks that hit both of them at the same time"
but when EM3 hits around, theseus is moving around 90% of the time, and now the bull man can turn himself into a helicopter so you're forced to just sort of watch things happen for a while

Yeah, TD3 is a natural progression for mid heats. Also FO2 and prioritizing free rooms helps with time

Correct, unless you took a chaos gate in 22 or 12 (right before tart end shop) which adds another chamber. 14-24-36 are boss chambers normally but the pre end shop chaos and Erebus add one

Well, you either start Tidal Dash and look for Deadly Strike + Hunter's Mark and only worry about Mirage + Hunting Blades if you happen to run into Lord Ares... or you start Slicing Shot and only worry about getting Hunting Blades + Vicious Cycle and maybe some extra Casts/bonus Cast damage.

The 20 clip is enough, and the ramp up is decent damage, also your main damage is coming from other sources most of the time, so you're fine with applying 5 hangover stacks then relocating/using your Special/Dash

But Lucifer has no dash strike
So if you hold down your attack and dash you're pretty much 100% vulnerable
Therefore you shouldnt do it

If you beat heat 1, and then do heat 5, you'll get rewards for heat 2. if you did heat 5 again, you'd get rewards for heat 3

Nah I meant EM4 as a fight alone is totally fine, however when you turn on some other heat modifiers it scales really badly and becomes hard and unbalanced on certain stuff (melee for example)

Approval Process crosses away boon options, AP1 is okay since it crosses 1 option only so you can manage (still would not take until atleast 40), RI cuts your mirror down, the first point removes Dark Foresight and rerolls which means you'll have much weaker builds (you start taking this at 50+), CP is just bad because it affects bosses health aswell so overall you'll have to spend more time on those AND enemies also have that health increase so it's like all around not recommended until 45+, DC is fine on like Eris Rama etc, but on some aspects there is never a situation where you take it (like Hestia etc)
