It's mainly good on cast builds because ofc you cast a lot and therefore you keep doing more and more damage through Snow Burst and it adds up to a lot, if your build doesnt use the cast repeatedly as its main source of damage then Snow burst is just a side pick that does a tiny bit of damage but probably wont help much
If you take for example Beowulf with Passion Flare and Snow Burst (with Privileged Status), the numbers you see from Snow burst add up so much
It becomes even better if you have Killing Freeze and other good supporting boons that buff up your damage

Snow Burst is also great because of when it does damage.
Like with Hera, for example, you're usually just doing damage with your Attack and Casts. So only your Dash-Strikes do damage unless you have Tidal Dash maybe.
That means you get burst damage with quite a bit of downtime where you do zero damage.
But Snow Burst will do damage in that time.
Good example for why that matters is Elysium. If you have to attack every Greatshield/etc. and then also attack every naked shade that drops out... that takes a lot of time. With Snow Burst, you can focus your attacks on the Greatshields and just kill off the naked shades with Snow Burst inbetween.

But mainly for Nemesis, just make sure you get the DPS in your build and take Acorn.
The fight can be tough with Nemesis if you don't get high DPS.
That means you'll want to look for Dash-Strike and Attack boons from Master Chaos, Jerkies from the Well, Heart Rend or Merciful End...
Maybe Smoldering Air.

Also something to keep in mind that is the typical speedrun builds completely destroy anything in Satyr tunnels because they build in part for them.
So if you're having a lot of issues there, your builds are poor for that region.

If you're starting with Heartbreak Strike, take the Thunder Signet in Asphodel to get Zeus' Aid and then look for their Duo Boon.

Although if you have Tidal Dash, it's less important to get Zeus' Aid and you can just grab the Conch Shell to look for some nice t2 boons from him while also getting a bunch of poms on his Dash.
Just some rules of thumb anyway to help with your Satyr tunnel problems.
Smair is generally the best way to scale damage for later in the run if you're starting Heartbreak Strike.
