The aspect likes stacking some Zeus on the attack, a strong special such as Artemis or Aphrodite. For the dash, either tidal if you're zooming or Athena for safety (really important at higher heats)

I actually beat him in Tart, chat baited me to do haha "it's gonna be fun". Best advice I could give is : make good use of the pillars, to avoid a lot of projectiles. You always have a LOT of safe spots, take your time to analyse the field, pause if needed when the projectiles appear. Make sure you have at least 2 dashes, so you can avoid his worst pattern, when there's no pillar left : dash out when the 1st projectile comes, dash back in when the 2nd wave reaches you. Take a weapon with a minimum range (gun / spear) if you're not comfortable yet
