you can - that is if you get the duo boon you want. that's not a sure thing. its not a bad idea, but you have Eris, you don't need lightning rod to deal massive lightning damage

i find more success when i'm more focused

taking a keepsake of a god in your pool already for a duo you want going into elysium, sure

but you're restricted to 4 gods in your pool (not counting hermes) that once you have four different, other gods won't spawn

if you force it with a keepsake, a god is randomly kicked out of your pool

• you can start practicing for high heat with non-maxed weapons, which will let you unlock more god convos along the way.
• some high heat streak players literally start with Owl Pendant to get Divine Dash
  you want to play high heat? Just start doing high heat. If you alternate between high and low you can get 2 blood every other run too.

never seen anyone say "high heat" and "don't like Athena" in the same breath.

This might be a dumb question but I'm working my way through heat levels with the shield and I skipped 5. I can see this when I go back through my run records there's one at 4 and the next one is at 6, but when I put 5 heat into the gauge it tells me I need to go up to 7. Did I screw myself for extra bounties? Is there a way to fix this? Is this expected behaviour?
