your doom keeps hitting but at 50% power per hit so 100 goes to 50 then to 25

until the weak runs out

Well if you like roguelites and/or challenging yourself you can play a looong time trying to max out every single thing, which 90% or more of people won't do

If you stop at like, steam achs, that's probably a good 100h, but you wouldn't be very close to maxing out, say, all aspects

This kind of game kinda just has replay-ability without the need of a set goal after a point, with all the possible combinations of aspects, mirror, heat, hammer and boon
