You will fill your primary boon slots in every run.
After primary boons, (and duo/legendary boons) the next biggest marginal improvement to damage comes from chaos

fair. but yeah dem isnt scripted to the first room, but poseidon is. probably not a common occurrence but they did add lines for clearing a run on the first try so im guessing they had the foresight to account for the early scripted boons if you make it through styx right away

i think most people will get her right away on the run, and i did way back, but its not set up to specifically appear at the start

For em3 Theseus, try having max call ready for when you break his chariot, and when he gets out of his “can’t hit me” field you just blast off your call & watch him either die or get so close you can just dash in &

There will most likely not be any DLC, at least not soon. Hades is the biggest game SGG has released and they're probably burnt out on it- but also adding something would be difficult due to it most likely breaking the storyline- think of it like a finished puzzle that you can't add pieces to without cutting the already-placed pieces.

regarding the spear, i doubt there's any glitch happening. extensive testing has been done getting the conversation to come up that has been fairly consistent. the more you do in the game however, the more you add to the potential dialogue pool, which in turn may make it take longer for the dialogue you're looking for to come up.
